Definitely recommend this property. Everything was just as advertised, house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with everything you might need. The pool area was just beautiful and is right on the canal. The Host was very nice and friendly and made the stay enjoyable. Check -in was easy. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and hope to go back and stay again soon. Great for couples and plenty of room for a family as well ! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home !

The fridge would not keep anything cold. We had to move our drinks to the freezer to even have them cold enough to drink. Pizza dough was in the fridge and it was so warm in the fridge that the pizza dough started rising. The master bedroom was so extremely hot. We woke up in the morning time to it being around 80 or so and the house set on 65 to try to keep that room cooled down. We were not advised that we could not have family over for a barbecue until we had family over and the homeowner would message me asking how many people were at the home and why they are there. You cannot have large gatherings (more people at the home than what is on the reservation) at this home. And it is not made aware until you were already there. The beds are also hard as a rock.The home was beautiful. The home was clean. The pool was even clean.

Thank you for your feedback. The refrigerator has since been replaced. The reservation was for a limited number of guests, but a much larger group was brought to the property for a gathering without prior permission. I allowed the gathering to continue, and the guest thanked me for doing so. Checkout instructions were also not followed. Due to the disregard for the house rules, this guest would not be welcome to stay

I recommend having a TV in every room. They should have a kayak for the canal.

Thank you for the 10/10 rating. Just to clarify for future guests, the home has three TVs. The only bedroom without a TV is the twin bedroom, as the layout does not provide an appropriate space for one. The listing accurately shows the amenities provided. As for the kayak, the home is located on a freshwater canal, but a kayak is not currently an advertised amenity.

kitchen was nicely stocked up with basic essentials as well as the bathrooms with towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. The pool was great and everyone loved how it lit up at night!! The canal was a nice option to have, two of us caught a fish while there. The rooms and the entire home were clean, smelled great, and was inviting. The host was very easy to communicate with. The Master shower was very nice after a long day out at the beach. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood; neighbors were nice and welcoming. Home is located around 45 minutes from Sanibel Island and 10 mins from Sun Splash and so much more in between.

The house was in a great neighborhood. It had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and replied promptly. It was close to restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Our first time staying on a property located on a water canal. The home has a large open area which includes the kitchen, dining room and living room. The sliding glass doors open almost the length of the living room/dining area onto a covered sitting area and pool making the space very open with a clear view of the canal. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, this is the place for you. Communication with our host was smooth.

The home was great. I enjoyed the pool on the four days it was warm enough. The view of the pool and canal was very nice! Our host was very responsive and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. We would go back again in the future!

My sister and I truly enjoyed this home. Cape coral is centrally located to all the beaches. Along the gulf, we didn't have to eat out every meal because it had a kitchen. The pool was heated during the day. The plus was having a covered lanai.Owner was responsive.Would definitely rent again if in the area.

One day a guy just showed up out of the blue while we were in the pool to do bug spraying. Caught off guard. One day while we were out apparently the pool guy couldn’t get in to the pool area. When I asked why we weren’t notified of these things we were told they can’t let us know because they are on their own schedule. Then was told not to lock the pool access at anytime Refrigerator/ freezer had some issues. One day really cold. Next day stuff in the freezer was soft but still cold. But the way they responded to my message about no notice of people just showing up I figured I didn’t want to say anything about the fridge. Also, I’m assuming that every time the neighbors air-conditioning unit came on all night long it sounded like somebody was extending an aluminum extension ladder. It woke us up several times the first couple days numerous times in the middle of the night. But I think we got used to it after a while. The first time it happened I had to jump up and run outside. It sound like somebody was trying to climb up on the roof with a ladder, very spooky. Didn’t like the camera pointed at the pool. Last VRBO they made it a point to say the cameras were not pointing at pool for privacy. It just felt like we were being watched and had a weird feeling. Other than that, it was a very nice place.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the home very nice overall. Pest control and pool service are routine services necessary to maintain the property, and unfortunately their exact arrival times are not always provided to me in advance. I was not made aware of any refrigerator issue during your stay and would have gladly addressed it immediately had it been reported. The exterior security camera is disclosed in the listing and is there solely for the security of the property and guests. I appreciate your stay and wish you all the best.

The house was cute and clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool catching up with friends. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and she was very easy to work with, definitely the best host I’ve dealt with. We would definitely book again!

Cape Coral vacation home

Thanks Elizabeth for allowing us to spend part of our Florida vacation in your Cape Coral property. We truly enjoyed the pool and lanai and being on a canal provided us with a sense of peace and some beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.
