This charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located just steps from downtown St. Helena. You are walking distance to wineries, a health spa, world class restaurants, a movie theater and shopping.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, 2 recliners, an armchair and a 55 inch Sony flat screen TV.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and all stainless-steel appliances. A gas range, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of pods, electric and standard tea kettles and a wine refrigerator are ready for your use.
The kitchen is stocked with a wide assortment of spices, oils and vinegars as well as paper towels and paper napkins. The dining table has seating for six and the kitchen has all of the utensils, flatware and dishes you need to enjoy meals at home.
The patio off the kitchen has outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.
The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a California King-size bed and a 55 inch Sony flat screen TV. The ensuite master bath has double sinks, a separate shower, a large tub, a toilet room and a spacious walk-in closet.
The second and third bedrooms, also on the 2nd floor, have queen-size beds and flat screen televisions. The second upstairs bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers. An abundance of towels are provided in each bathroom.
There is high speed wireless internet throughout the house. A wireless printer/scanner is on the premises.
The washer and dryer is conveniently located near all bedrooms on the second floor. An ironing board and iron are provided along with other laundry essentials.
The finished garage can accommodate two mid-sized cars. There is additional street parking available.
This home is in a perfect location to enjoy a great bottle of wine (or two) at one of our fabulous restaurants. Just stroll down Main Street to enjoy great restaurants like Farmstead, Goose & Gander, Cook, and Market. No need to have a designated driver. Permit No. PL24-020

Great property in a perfect location in St. Helena. We walked to dinner at Farmstead one evening and at Charlie’s another. The layout was ideal for our group. Would stay here again.

This home is beautiful and perfectly located. We were able to walk into town where there were many choices of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything, including many staples and spices for cooking. The beds were all very comfortable. Garage parking is a plus. Check-in was simple and check-out even easier. This is a great choice of homes if you’re touring Napa Valley.

Excellent place to stay with our adult children for our Napa family trip. House was clean with all the amenities you could need. Two car garage accommodated our large SUV. Location was excellent for walking to town for dinner, shopping and groceries.

Nice, newish home in a great walk-to-town location, 2 block walk to the best that St. Helena has to offer. Remarkably well managed (liked that you didn’t need to strip beds or take out trash) and equipped.

Home was cozy, clean and appeared as advertised! Great communication and location is perfect to downtown St. Helena and surrounding areas! Garage was cleanest ever! We would definitely return to this home!

Attractive, comfortable, well-appointed, and very clean house, walking distance to the St. Helena restaurants and shops and easy drive to excellent vineyard estates. Will definitely stay here again. Nothing was lacking. Very responsive and thoughtful host.

Great stay- definitely recommend !
My family and I came to Napa for my sisters wedding and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again, when we return in the future.
