We have advised the property manager to schedule a deep cleaning of the carpet and have the pool company to check the quality of the pool water to ensure the condition is up to standard for our future guests. Dear LaToya, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and some feedback, we are happy to hear that overall you enjoyed the property and your stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced during your stay, we are currently in a transition period because we have removed a property manager because of their lack of service. Our other property managers have picked up those properties, therefore there may have been some slight confusion during your stay, leaving some of these minor repairs unattended. We have since further streamlined our communication system to ensure that our guests can receive assistance ASAP. Know that we have a very strict cleaning policy and all our rugs are washed regularly to industry standard and they are vacuumed after every stay, and should you have any concerns about the rug or anything, please know that our property manager is available 24/7 and would promptly come and clean or replace the rug for you should you have informed them.
