This 1350 sq ft furnished 6th floor condo is situated on the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf is only 75 feet away. From your private shaded balcony you can watch the dolphins feed in the clear waters directly below you with an unobstructed gulf view. Watch schools of fish swim by and see the boats going out for the day. There are plenty of areas for your fishing pleasure. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit has been completely renovated. New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc... Unit has its own washer and dryer. There is also expanded cable and wireless internet for you. There is a security gate for your peace of mind. Our Large Gulf side pool is heated to 85 degrees with ample lounge chairs for sunning and lots of tables, chairs and umbrellas to use for playing cards and socializing. There are 2 pro-tennis courts, a swing set for children and a long nature trail for taking walks and fishing as well as a private beach for Gulf swimming or just getting a tan. Stated Rates are for 6 person occupancy from April to December and 2 Person occupancy from January to March. Please send a request for a quote. Small Dogs are allowed on a case, by case basis. No other pets will be allowed.

Gorgeous view!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved watching the dolphins, stingrays, birds, etc. off the balcony. The condo is nice and the owner was great.

Beautiful view's

Very nice condo very clean. Had everything you could possibly need. Decorated very nicely. The view's were beautiful seen dolphins just about everyday.

We very much enjoyed our stay and felt like we were clean, caring and honest guests. However, the owner emailed me with accusations of being a liar. It’s unsettling, but the condo was amazing.

College search and family time

The check-in check out process was super easy. The host was super responsive and the condo was everything that we needed. All our basic needs were bent We really appreciated extra soap and laundry detergent already in the unit and lots of extra towels. The location is absolutely beautiful with lots of restaurants and things to do locally.

Gulf Island

Very nice condo with sunset and sunrise views from balcony. Not typical of most gulf front condos. Condo had all amenities needed and is nicely furnished. Very nice property and appears very secure. Met some nice neighbors who all loved our Jack, yorkie. Know the area well so know some of local restaurants, Inn on the Gulf, Sams, Get Hooked and Best of Philly.

Property was beautiful. If I knew they were doing construction down the hall I most likely would not have booked this unit. From first thing in the morning to late afternoon the noise DID NOT stop.

Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club

This was the first time using VRBO. Was very easy! Also, excited to have found the condo we stayed in in Hudson, FL. Loved everything about it! Can’t wait to get home to book the same condo again for next year! Thank you to the Tillery’s for having such a beautiful place to share!

Fabulous place to stay!

We love the spacious condo and the owner is great. The pool and nature trail made our stay very special. There are some very good attractions within hour's drive. Looking forward to going again.

Relaxing in the gulf

Great place to visit family, relax and enjoy view from balcony Watching the dolphins swim by in the gulf. 2nd time staying in this area and building great heated pool nice people and location . The condo was very nice and clean and well equipped. Had a couple of issues that were out of owner's control owner took care of issues friendly and promptly. We had a very nice stay and would stay again.

Everything I needed

We rented this condo to be able to visit my parents who live about 20 minutes away. I would love to rent, again! It had everything we needed and even things that my grand kids were able to use on the beach! The biggest joy was watching how excited my two grandsons got when they when crabbing at the bridge and caught a total of 6 blue crabs! The owner, John, replied quickly to any question I had. The condo was perfect for our needs!

Great family vacation spot!

Our family had a wonderful stay during our spring break week. The condo had everything we would need for a comfortable stay and was very clean. We had absolutely zero issues. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and loved looking over the balcony at the gulf. There were two days that we were able to see manatee which was an amazing sight. We definitely hope to return!

Very safe

It was rather cold while I was there and didn’t get to enjoy the patio or pool, but the condo was great. I do wish the water in the showers was set a bit warmer.
