2 bedrooms 1 bath {queen and 2 twins (or we can convert the 2 twins to a king bed with a king converter) plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.

All towels and linens, including beach towels.
Central air & ceiling fans.
First floor condo with outdoor decks & patios (or ask us about renting both an up and down Shipyard condo for even more room).

Located in prestigious Truman Annex at Mile Marker 0 - location, location, location. Shipyard Condos are right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach and next to Mallory Square and those famous nightly Sunset Festivals and just two blocks from Duval Street and all of the shops, restaurants, night clubs and museums. While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!

Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

Excellent owners and property overall!!! Would rent again from Cindy and Craig . Only one issue, both beds mattresses need to be reviewed for possible renewal.

Truman Annex is fantastic, apt could use some work.

The complex is great. Landscaping is top notch, the pool is great, and it’s close walk to a splash pad for kids and the beach. The only issue is there are a few things in the apt that don’t work perfectly. The top drawer of the freezer and dish washer come off the tracks, the coffee maker doesn’t really work, there wasn’t enough paper towels or toilet paper for a week’s stay. AC broke for half a day but was fixed by maintenance crew. In the end, we enjoyed our trip but definitely there are some things that could be improved.

Key West family trip

We LOVED the location! Everything was within waking distance. Having soaps, paper products, etc. there was super helpful. Nice property, parking available, pool was nice and clean. We took a family vacation with 20's age kids. Everyone was happy with accommodations and amenities. We very much enjoyed staying here. We would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Location for a Key West Getaway

Craig and Cindy have a cute little getaway tucked away in the Shipyard Condos, two blocks from the heart of Duval Street restaurants and nightlife and close to the Fort Zachary Taylor beach. We didn't spend much time in the property, which was well appointed and as advertised, aside from breakfast and the back deck. We would definitely stay here again. Nearly everything of interest to us was in easy walking distance, to include Mallory Square, the Green Parrot, Fausto's Grocery Store, the Marina for fishing and snorkeling, and nearly everything else we wanted to do in our buys 2-week stay.

Paradise after the storm

We came to Key West for our first time three days after one of the worst hurricanes in their history, Ian, had grazed the island. The property was in great shape, withstood the storm. The unit, a 2 bed, 1 bath condo, was perfect for our stay. We had a couple of small issues, but nothing that you wouldn't have with any home (fridge leaking water on the floor, washing machine button not functioning). But the manager was made aware of the issues and responded promptly. The location is ideal, especially if you have a bicycle to get around. It is a short walk or bike to Duval St, but far enough that it is quiet there. There is a great beach nearby in back of the condo complex, but they do charge to get in. And if you want an umbrella and 2 chairs you pay dearly for them--$50 for the day. We will definitely stay at this unit again if and when we return to Key West.

Key West Trip

It was very nice. Walking distance to Duval Street and a lot of activities. Very clean and stocked with all utensils needed to cook, even though we did not cook anything. Our bed was very comfortable. We would stay again!

Perfect week in Key West!

Look no further! Staying here provided us the perfect week in Key West. A week before check in we received a packet with everything we would need to know for check in / check out. If it was your first time in Key West they even included some Suggestions on things do do, places to see, etc. The location is perfect for everything you will do. We picked up two bikes from We Cycle upon arrival to get around town easily but this is also a 5-10 minute quick walk to Duval, Sunset, and the Wharf. The condo comes equipped with towels, including beach towels, hairdryer, an umbrella (because you are bound to get stuck in at least a 5 min rain one day!), and everything for the kitchen / grill you could possibly need. The space is just big enough for 4 people - two nicely appointed rooms and a small living space. The outdoor deck area (which is shaded) has a table with umbrella and grill - which we made excellent use of! The pool in the Shipyard is well maintained and has New chairs available for lounging. We will be back! Thank you Cindy and Craig for this stay! We absolutely loved staying here! We had a hiccup picking up the parking pass - but it had nothing to do with the rental. The paperwork at the guard gate may be slightly outdated or the guard just didn’t have a clue. The parking space has two numbers (174/45). Our paperwork said 174 and the guard insisted there was no 174. After about 15 minutes of confusing conversation and being told there was no parking for us, I took it upon myself to check out the parking locations and quickly realized this. Just a heads up to save yourself of the confusion. Again, pretty sure this was everything to do with the gate guard - not the property rental. So just a tip if you run into the issue!

Great Location and Well Maintained!

Perfect property for a Family of 3 or 4. Very cleaned and well maintained. Nice shaded outdoor area to relax in the island breeze. Community Pool is a little small for number of units and the pool rules are extensive, but that was the only negative. This is really the perfect location to enjoy all of what Key West has to offer with short walks to the state patk beach, splash pad, playground, Duval St, Mallory Square and many other attractions.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Convenient location, nice pool and very nice amenities. I would definitely come again. It would be helpful if we knew more about Duval Loop when we arrived. Honestly though the people we met at pool were great and it was a positive trip. Thank you

Great unit and location!

Great unit in an excellent location. Perfect for accessing the Old Town entertainment, restaurants and activities. Ft. Zachary Taylor a short walk away. Quiet, attractive neighborhood. Craig and Cindy were great to work with. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them and this unit.

Great time

It was great! Fantastic location. Only issue was it wasn't ready. We showed up at 430 and it was still being cleaned.
