Relaxing River Retreat 15 Miles from West Glacier Gate

This 2015 Vacation Retreat is nestled in the Columbia Falls area centered perfectly for exploring the Flathead Valley. This home away from home has views of the Flathead River and the gorgeous Swan Mountain Range from the front deck! The Cedar Pointe Community is the new pinnacle of living in the Glacier Gateway area, with beautiful on-site nature trails that lead straight to the river. There is room for corn hole game in front side yard and a public boat launch only 10 minutes down the road. The home places the explorer within short distance of countless opportunities for adventure and new memories. The townhouse is walking distance to the city pool, numerous restaurants and just five minutes from the nearest grocery store. The host provides bear spray, bug spray, a cooler, beach towels, and sunscreen for guests. An added benefit is that the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each offers a very comfortable bed. The upper deck off of the master bedroom offers a peaceful sitting area for 6.

House was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Hosts are super attentive and friendly. The hosts give good advice and recommendations about local events and activities. Good coffee, restaurants and shops nearby and walkable. We found the river walk trail and enjoyed using it. Glacier Nat’l Park west entrance is an easy drive.

It is a very clean townhouse located near the park. Our stay here was excellent. The house was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Charlotte and Peter went beyond being helpful and provided a boot dryer to use after we had been hiking in the rain all day. It saved us for the next day so we could hike again in dry shoes and boots. Charlotte and Peter provided a ton of information about what was near by for dining. We enjoyed our stay, having a comfortable place to come back to after a long day of hiking. We would stay here again.

Charlotte was such a welcoming host. The little touches were so thoughtful and made our stay perfect. The home is beautiful, clean and quiet. It was perfect for our party of 6 adults to enjoy our time together and have a little privacy when needed as well. The property is near the west entrance to glacier NP and walkable to Breweries and restaurants in Columbia Falls. If we ever go back to visit Glacier would love to stay here again.

Host provides a great kitchen for cooking and baking. Lots of pans, pots, pantry items, and more. Beds are very comfortable and some have handcrafted headboards. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping, restaurants and many specialty coffee shops.

We cannot recommend this property enough! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. Our hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could need. You can tell they love hosting and love sharing their home with all the little details they put into welcoming their guests. They had menus to so many local restaurants, park maps, brochures of things available to do in the area and a little goodie bag for us to keep laid out on the kitchen table when we arrived and did a walk though of the home with us to ensure we had everything we needed. They had a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we would need to cook, a pantry with bug spray, first aid kits, and bear spray, a cooler that we throughly enjoyed while adventuring in Glacier, and a high chair for our little one that came in very handy. They also had a ton of board game options that kept our older kiddo entertained while we were in the home. We were definitely spoiled during our time here and hope to return in the future.

Amazing Stay!

Very Comfortable Stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the beds were comfortable and the owners were very attentive to our needs, they even supplied us with bear spray, & cooler they also had walking sticks. If we are able to go back one day hope to be able to stay here again.

Great home near GNP

This was a great property located closely to the west side of Glacier National park. Very clean, and the owners were friendly and very knowledgeable! We had 7 adults there with plenty of room for all of us. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful, spacious home

Great home, great neighborhood, and great location for getting to all the usual hiking areas. Very helpful owners with lots of information about local fishing, hiking and restaurants.

Glacier family trip

Great property for a group in a gray location for your visit to Gkacier. Amenities provided really make the stay so much easier. You get to pack lighter for sure! It truly is a home away from home. If ever given the opportunity to return to glacier would definitely stay here again.

So convenient!

Hiking West Glacier everyday so it was so wonderful to come back to such a warm and comforting house. Will always stay here in the future. Everything about this house was perfect and can’t think of one thing I would change!

The hosts had all local activities displayed for us to easily find things to do while we were there. All rooms were well equipped and very clean. The owner stayed in the house beside of us and visited us every day to ensure we were having a good time.

Our two senior couples from Utah agreed this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever enjoyed! The home was immaculate, well stocked, and in a perfect central, quiet location as we launched out each day to explore Glacier National Park and the surrounding areas. Charlotte and Pete were very cheerful and helpful at every step along the way. Their suggestions for locations to visit and places to eat were spot on and we were never disappointed! We will be recommending their home to our family and friends and hope to return soon!
