Great Location!

Nice quiet street, close to Mackle Park. Our granddaughters visited and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. House was clean and well equipped.

Great communication!! Property was extremely clean, plenty of kitchen accessories! Great location and it was so fun to ride to the beach on our bikes !

Wanted to stay longer!

The view from the back lanai was breathtaking. We enjoyed two months with the wonderful pool and hot tub. Every day was a true vacation. Can't wait to come back next year😊

Super cute property

We had a great stay here. Property was much better than in pics. We loved the outdoor beach on the canal on the property - hung out there and the pool most of the day. Property owners were good about keeping in contact with us and making sure we got in properly and had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again!

Fantastic Place

Very open floor plan with essentially two nice open spaces to gather or watch TV. Location on canal a real plus. I rented a Kayak-worked out well. Hosts were responsive. Home was clean .

Perfect Palace

The layout and view over the canal was perfect! The layout of this home and space made a perfect vacation palace! The perfect floor plan for fun and movement about the house along with location made it a dream spot! Qi was so attentive and sweet! Wish he had an open spot for our travel time next year! 5 stars

Charming Florida Home

One of the best we have stayed in. Super clean with everything you need for your winter break. Pool and spa were fun for the whole family. Rented a pontoon boat and had it parked right outside. Furniture, appliances in great shape, only the bikes were all old. Centrally located to island, so not really easy access to the beach is only real negative. On plus side access to all the restaurants were close and great park to walk dog and take kids to close by. Would definitely rent again.

Wonder Stay!

The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Very clean and stocked with all the items you need so we didn’t have to bring anything. The lanai space was all of our favorite space. Of all the places we have stayed at from Clearwater beach and south to Naples, Marco island didn’t have the best beach access, so this house offered the best water for our vacation. You had the best morning sun and the best sunset orientation. The heated pool and hot tub was great. The beach on the back by the water way gave us an impression of being at the beach. The house was very spacious as well, more than enough room for 6 people. All around we would stay here again in the future.

Great base for Lots of Florida!

We stayed here to be somewhat close to things in Florida we wanted to explore. 40 minutes from Everglades City where my husband wanted to fish in the Ten Thousand Islands. 2.5 hour day trip drive to go snorkeling in the turquoise waters off Key Largo. Plus Naples for anything needed. The house has all that you could need and the hosts were extremely accommodating. The pool and hot tub on the canal made you feel like you had privacy despite Marco Island having lots of houses all right next to each other. My kids enjoyed the pool table as well as the large TVs as the Copa America soccer cup was going on as well. Lots of beach towels which was so nice! Marco Island itself had all the amenities you could need as well. I’d stay here again to use as a base for our Florida trips,

Good base of operations

House was as pictured. Very clean house, clean pool. Simple and straight forward accomodations. Extras were light. We needed to purchase laundry detergent, trash bags, quart size bags, and toilet paper. The fridge is empty/clean. There was a basic spice rack. TV was adequate/somewhat fuzzy with limited direct TV and poor sound. There was one blue ray player, no Bluetooth capabilities. It was fine for us. We did not come to Florida to watch TV. There was a TV in every room. There were 2 showers/no tub. Great hot water pressure. Beds were adequate. You are expected to keep up with laundry/towels, strip beds, start a load on departure, keep up with trash/recycling, and drop off keys so plan accordingly. Pool was cool/warm. Hot tub was good/adjustable. Screened in area and beach chairs on canal were great. Neighborhood felt safe, friendly, central location. Good extras like bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, cart, and coolers. Can park in garage.

Great Time

Property was as advertised. We had a wonderful time! Pool and hot tub were great. The view on canal was fantastic for watching Dolphins and rays. Peaceful and relaxing. House is clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The owner/management team was responsive and informative. We look forward to returning!

Great stay in Marco Island

The property was fantastic--the view of the canal was incredible. Very close to beaches and shopping and dining. The house was well equipped with towels, beach equipment, TVs, a pool table and hot tub. I'd stay here again!

Perfect location and amenities

This place was awesome! We had everything we needed to relax and have a good time. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pool, pool table, view… fantastic! Norman was very responsive to questions and concerns.

Great house!

We loved everything about the house. The location was perfect, the owner was incredibly responsive and also kept a constant stream of communication before we arrived. Our son even lost his first tooth in the pool and caught his 1st fish off the dock!
