Peaceful Creekside Retreat with Pool Access, Family-Friendly

Our charming and well-maintained cabin is nestled in a a peaceful community surrounded by nature, with a tranquil creek flowing just below the deck. The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer-just minutes from the area's best beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect for families and small groups, our two-story townhome accommodates up to six guests.

The house is well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide all the essentials-kitchen basics, bedding, linens, towels, bathroom supplies, and laundry amenities-so you can pack light.

The cabin offers plenty of entertainment for all ages, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a DVD player and movie library, board games, books, toys, and an Xbox 360.

Take advantage of the convenience of two reserved parking spaces right outside the front door.

Guests have access to a heated shared swimming pool during the summer season, typically from June through Labor Day.

Beach and pool supplies are also available for your convenience.

DETAILED HOUSE LAYOUT:

BEDROOMS (All Located Upstairs)
• Master Bedroom: a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom #2: a comfortable queen-size bed.
• Bedroom #3: a twin-over-full bunk bed that offers flexible sleeping arrangements and accommodates both children and adults.

A second full bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combination.

GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a fully remodeled kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom with in-unit washer and dryer.
The space also includes a dining table and a dedicated desk area, well-suited for remote work or studying.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy peaceful year-round creek views from the deck-the perfect place to relax and recharge. Outdoor amenities include a table with chairs and umbrella, plus a Weber gas grill (charcoal grills are not permitted).

TRAVELING WITH KIDS?
We’ve thought of the little ones, too!
We provide family-friendly essentials including stair gates, a portable playard with bassinet, high chair and booster seat, child-safe dishware, toys, games, and books.

Please note the home does not have air conditioning; however, window and floor fans are provided to help keep the space comfortable.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.

This is an outstanding cabin in a delightful, small community. It is roomy and comfortable with the highlight being the large deck facing the forest and next to a bubbling creek. Such a relaxing spot. The cabin has a great combo of rustic features with plenty of modern updates. The kitchen is highly functional and very well stocked. We prepared all of our meals over the week and we had everything that we needed. And the cabin had plenty of space for our family of 6 to stretch out. Olga is a terrific communicator and super helpful. She alerted us to sign up for parking reservations at Sand Harbor in advance when they became available which was so helpful. It's impossible to go without reservations.We have stayed at many condos and cabins in North Tahoe over the last 25 years and this unit and experience is the best among similar units. We hope to stay here again!

The best holiday accommodation we have ever had

Loved our little break here- we came to get some early skiing done- the house was perfect- The kitchen is so well stocked that we were able to make the meals we wanted.

Perfect property in Incline Village

Stayed here for three nights and could have easily stayed a week. Very close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The Creek outback puts this place over the top. You cant duplicate that sort of ambient sound. Very relaxing

3rd time here, always a great stay!

This is officially our Tahoe vacation spot for whenever we plan our trips up here. Home is in a great, quiet location and has everything we need. Always enjoy the mornings out back by the running creek. Perfect spot.

Loved this place

We loved our stay and this location. We especially loved having coffee on the mornings on the back deck overlooking the creek. The cabin was well equipped, very clean and had appropriate child safety measures inside. We will book again!

Spacious & centrally located

The home was very spacious and had many little touches that made this listing stand out compared to many others we’ve been to. They had an Xbox with family friends games, lots of board games ranging from 4 y/o to adult, and a bin of toys our kiddo loved playing with. This space was clearly meant for families and easily held 5 of us. Only 15 minutes from king city beach, and within 5 minutes of multiple restaurants and beaches.

Lovely

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Plenty of space. Everything we needed for a winter ski trip, and great proximity to diamond peak. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent Vacation

Wonderful cabin in a great location close to everything in Incline Village. The cabin is in great shape, very clean, and was a great fit for our vacation needs. The level of communication was outstanding. We will definitely be back!

A Home Away From Home

We were very impressed by both the comfort and cleanliness of Olga's cabin. Their pride and attention to detail for the cabin were readily apparent and we really wanted for nothing during our stay. We will definitely be renting this cabin again in the future.

Absolute tranquillity

This property was THE perfect Lake Tahoe getaway. Comfortable, cozy and truly perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! Absolutely amazing!! Olga was the perfect host. I will definitely be back.

Perfect home for family vacation

Beautiful and spacious home for our family of 5 to relax in as we enjoyed the snow during spring break! Home included just about everything you could need, including baby items--the gates were super helpful for the stairs:) It was magical seeing the snow fall out on the deck and hearing the creek run at the same time. Definitely want to come back in warmer weather!

Location Location Location

Such a great place and location. Loved river running right behind off the patio. Great place to drink your morning coffee. Home was stocked with everything we needed. The area surround was so beautiful. I’d highly recommend staying here. Thanks Olga !

Just as advertised!

Everything from check in to check out was awesome! Amazing space and it was very clean and well stocked. Location was great, only 5 minutes to diamond peak. Thanks again for letting us use your home and we will definitely book there again next winter.

Great experience!

The house was very clean and well furnished. Owner communicated very well and the property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful surprise when we arrived with a personalized note and treat waiting for us. Comfortable beds and we are already looking to book the same place for next year!

Raising three boys, we like being outdoors and value the numerous fun-filled activities to be found near Incline Village during any season. We're happy to invite those who love the serenity of Lake Tahoe as much as we do to be our guests whenever the cabin is available.
