Description: The Grand Oaks floor plan features convenient single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a covered entry. The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. The guest bedrooms also have bathrooms offering privacy for each guest. Come for a short weekend or enjoy an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

This condo was perfect for our small group. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was great that each room had its own bathroom for privacy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The views were stunning! We will definitely return if we come back to the area, especially if it is during a time where we could enjoy the outdoor amenities like the pools.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better home base for our family trip to Tweetsie Railroad! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring the area.The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy all the attractions nearby. The only thing we couldn't control was the rain, but even that didn't take away from how much we enjoyed our time together here!Thank you for being such a great host and for providing a welcoming place for our family to make memories. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.

Family fun in Boone

We came up with family for our daughter's graduation from ASU. Good location, great accommodations, and amazing views of the mountains. We had a great time!!

Great view and amenities. Set up and beds were comfortable. Of note, one of the pools on the property is not available to renters, but the available pool is great.

Cozy and comfortable.

Very nice place, well maintained and updated. Comfortable and tastefully decorated. Functional and cute. We felt at home and happy there!

Beautiful views and spacious

Easy check-in and check-out. Very spacious for our group of 8 with plenty of room to hang out in common areas. Very clean and plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. Great host. Highly recommend

Cleanest place I have ever rented! Nice floor plan for families. All one level. Beautiful view of mountains and Grandfather Mountain! We will be back!

The condo was amazing. The drive was a little tricky since it was snowing. When we were leaving the riads were icey. The rental agancy extended our check without asking. When I asked about the roads they responded quickly. They had the riads completely cleard and ice free before 10 am.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our time here. Was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was excellent. Just down the road was access to the pool and clubhouse. The only thing to consider (which is no fault of the property or rental company) is that they are doing construction on the bridge to Boone. So if you will be traveling that way a lot, it will take some time.

Check in and checkout instruction were clear and easy to understand. Location was excellent and beautiful view from the back deck. The home was very welcoming when arriving and very clean. We stayed for two nights to enjoy some skiing. So we did not take advantage of the additional amenities but the home was in close proximity to skiing/tubing. My only complaint is food being left in the microwave from the previous residents and gave off an odor that took a bit to identify. Also, the bathtub drains are very slow to drain and need a good clean out. Other than, pictures of the home do not represent how cozy and clean this place is and plenty of room! Highly recommend.

Great condo with amazing views!

Sunrises from the balcony were phenomenal! Main level entrance made it easy to get in and out. Ample parking right in front. Condo was really clean & spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Condo has an electric fireplace, and we were unable to use it for s’more. Owner has a small s’mores machine which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Presidents Day Ski to Sugar Mountain 2024

The property was beautiful with gorgeous views. One of the bedroom’s sheets and comforter were blood stained with several pieces of hair in the sheets. Dishes in the cabinet were not clean. Bedroom window was left open causing room to be very cold.

Beautiful Condo!

Our stay at this condo at Echota on the Ridge surpassed our expectations. Check-in/out was super easy, the condo was beautiful, clean and had an AMAZING view. The condo had everything you needed and if you are a puzzle lover, you would be in heaven! So many puzzles to keep you busy! The outdoor pool area was gorgeous as well. We highly recommend this property!

Great location and amenities

Clean and well-stocked. Only problem was electric grill which was had had pizza cooked on it and was unusable, could not even get it to heat up. Grill was to be replaced but not done while we were there. Fireplace also could not start, but maintenance fixed this when requested.

Great spot and great service.

This unit has an amazing view in a great set of facilities. Everything was as promised and then some, I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Very comfortable, beautiful views. Too much ice in parking area. My husband fell going from car to door. Jesse was very helpful when one of our cars arrived after dark.

Beautiful Home with a Big view

Our stay was wonderful! We had four adults and three children staying for the weekend. The rooms were beautiful, the living space was perfect for our group. The back patio view was incredibly beautiful! There was a sudden and unexpected snow while we were there and staff was extremely helpful in navigating the area.
