New favorite spot!

We normally stay at the Island Resort next door, but decided to give this a try since it had more space and we like to cook and feel at home. Well, it did exactly what we hoped for! We did expect to have another couple stay and share the expense, but they had to bail last min, but it was still worth it for us. Other than the June grass that lingered heavily preventing the usual clear water we're use to, it was a wonderful experience! We come every year so this will be one to book again!

Condo review

The condo was very pretty. Floor needed to be moped. Had to wear shoes or our feet would be black. Location was good. We enjoyed the pool & the lazy river. Also the wi-fi was really bad. Hard to watch TV with it constantly going out.

Perfect getaway

This was our first time to stay at this condo, but we’ve been long time visitors of the area. This is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, the amenities - heated pool, hot tub, lazy River - were amazing and enjoyed by all. This property was clean, cozy and perfect for a week tucked away from all the stresses of the world! We loved it here and hope to visit 404 again - it was such a great choice!

Spring Vacation

We've been staying at Destin West for about 15 years and worked with many owners and rental agencies. Coastal Vibes has been outstanding, seeing that all of our needs were met. We had one small issue and the maintenance staff was amazing. This was the first time we stayed in 404 Gulfside and we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and organized and there were empty cabinets so we could put our food in. It's very obvious that the owners and Coastal Vibes take great pride in maintaining this home for others to enjoy! We will be back soon!

Picture Perfect!

This place was well stocked for our needs. More than enough room for our family of 5. Very clean and neat. We have been coming to the beach for several years now and this was first time to stay here. It was by far our favorite! Can't wait to book next year's vacation!

GREAT! G404 has clear fireworks view

Everything was in order, ready to go and perfect for our beach vacation. I brought 4 recent HS graduates and they were able to WALK to all the fun things nearby: beach, lazy river, arcade, restaurants, go-karts, etc. And the view from G404 is perfect for Wednesday fireworks from the pier and other patriotic holiday fireworks

Best location!

We’ve stayed at this resort multiple times. This location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach! Elevators were located around the corner, the beach and pool access were right there, and the condo had all the necessary beach accessories. We forgot an ice chest and a chair, and they had one as well as all the sand toys, and extra board, and more. The condo was absolutely GORGEOUS with a great view of the beach and pier. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It was super clean and well equipped.

Great condo with awesome view of beach & pool. Condo fully equipped & beautifully decorated. Plenty of room, even when whole family came together to eat a meal!! (Total of 8 adults & 4 kids) great view of fireworks on Wednesday night too! Whole family enjoyed the stay & all have said we will be back! Thanks so much for a great week!!

Excellent location

Very nice complex as I didn't get to enjoy the amenities because it was a work trip but hope to come back soon and relax. Condo was well stocked in kitchen & extra linens were great!

Better than pictures

Everything about our stay was awesome, from property management to the cleanliness of condo. The view is amazing and you are closer to the beach than what is shown in picture. You can hear the waves and relax.

Close to beach

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Didn't have to drive anywhere. Oh and thank you so much for having everything we needed for the beach! Didn't have to pack wagon and toys! I definitely will stay again if I come to the area.

Amazing!

Everything was exactly as promised. Loved the two chairs and umbrella on the beach. The young men working on the beach were very gracious and accommodating. Loved the parking deck. Great location!

Wonderful

We enjoyed the condo for our anniversary week. We usually stay at Waterscape but decided to give this a go. The inside is beautifully decorated, has comfortable beds, an excellent view of the pool, and the ability to see the ocean. Everything is provided that you could need. Easy check-in/out procedures as well. Do not hesitate to book here! It does not disappoint.

The location was great. Easy to walk out to beach or to the pool. Easy access to go across the street to the lazy river. Easy check in procedures. Very enjoyable family vacation.

Wonderful family vacation rental!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulfside 404!! The view is beautiful from the balcony and we loved dining outside while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The unit was well decorated, clean, and provided many of the essentials we needed for the week. We traveled with two young kiddos, who loved the extra sand toys that were provided, plus the toys we purchased and left for the next family to enjoy. The beach wagon was a nice perk and allowed us to bring all sorts of things to the beach more easily. We took full advantage of the complimentary beach chair set up that was provided for us through Coastal. We had smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night that were faulty and I contacted the management team; the next morning they came and replaced all of the smoke alarms for us. All in all, we were very happy with our entire stay and will hopefully be able to book again soon for another trip back to Destin/Fort Walton. It's truly a vacation we won't forgot! Thank you Coastal Vibe!!
