We had a wonderful stay! The property was very well maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Theresa was an excellent host, extremely responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. The management company was also very attentive and easy to work with. We really appreciated the excellent communication and care throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Theresa’s property!

Beautiful unit. Had everything we needed for the week. We stay at Destin West every year and this was my favorite unit so far. Views are amazing!

We had a great stay! The kids loved the lazy river. The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. Overlooked the Wednesday night fireworks. Beach access was easy. Beach chairs available made spending time on the beach convenient. We’d definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience from the time of booking to walking out the door to go home! My family had the best time here. The condo was so great and had everything we needed. My kids (6 & 4) loved the bunk room with their very own bathroom. I remember every one of us saying how cozy the beds were. The property is well maintained, and we loved adventuring around finding new things every day. There are so many pools! My fisherman husband especially loved the private fishing dock for guests on the bay side. I loved the complimentary rental chairs umbrella. The Wednesday night fireworks were also an added bonus! We are all looking forward to when we can book another visit.

I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. It literally takes 3 min to get to the beach the complementary chairs and umbrella are so nice and there’s a great beach bar right there. Conveniently located next to the elevator and a pool. It doesn’t take very long to walk the lazy river either but getting the gulf view is worth it.

This is an amazing property! The condo was very clean and really roomy. The view from the balcony was excellent, so perfect. Beautiful view of the Gulf of America, and overlooking the pool. The decor of the condo was so pretty and very beach themed! Loved it! The lazy river was so nice, it is a little walk across the road, but easy access with bridge over roadway. Many hours were spent in there just floating away all our cares! Very relaxing!The only negative was the TV did not work, but we called and a technician came right away but was unable to fix it. Which was actually a blessing, we were able to totally disconnect! Nice!I would highly recommend this unit to everyone and plan on visiting again soon.

Thanks so much for the awesome review! It was great having you! Sorry, about the TV issue, but we did figure out what was going on. Someone had switched the IP address to off after a storm when they tried to reconnect. This only effected the living room TV, both bedrooms TV's still worked. The cable and internet are working fine now!

The condo was very clean and had everything you need. The beach chair service was an added bonus and we used it the whole time we were there. The booking, checking in, and checking out process was easy. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

This unit was perfect for my wife and I. We could have put up a couple guests or kids on the bunks. The pool, hot tube, and beach access were great.

Fall break trip

Cleanliness was outstanding as well as the "Beach House"decor that was carried throughout the condo.Kitchen was equipped well and purchase of food was just a short drive to Publix Grocery Store. View from balcony is great for watching evening sunsets.

Great week on the island

We love staying at Destin West and this place was spectacular. They have thought of everything and constantly stayed in touch. Everything you needed for meals were in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathroom, and laundry in the unit! We can’t wait to stay again.
