STUNNING DUPLEX- Ocean Views - Roof Top Deck!

One house from ocean/boardwalk. Beautiful inside and out. 3 Family home. This unit is a duplex with 2 Master Bedrooms one with a Queen bed the other with a King bed and nook area for crib. Each bedroom has access to a deck which has seating and a half awning for those who like the shade. Two Full baths, washer/dryer, SS appliances, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TV's & High Speed Fios internet. This unit comes with Beach Badges as well. Outdoor state-of-the-art shower with body spray and a lock to store your beach gear safely. Outdoor picnic table, and gas grill (propane included). Cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and bar-ware. 1 parking spot and plenty of free street parking. I almost forgot, take the spiral staircase to your own rooftop deck with a 360 degree view of Ortley Beach.
Bring your own towels and linens or our cleaning service can provide them for a fee of $75. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided free of charge. No Prom or graduation parties. All guest must be 21 years of age or older. This is a pet free home.

This apartment is perfect for 2 retired couples to hang out at the beach after the crowds are gone and enjoy life. One note is there is everything you need except an oven but who needs to bake on vacation

Balcony was amazing and beautiful any time of the day. Steps from the beach and a quiet comfort at night. Home was clean and everything looks updated and relatively new. Be aware there is no oven.

Despite not such wonderful weather, we had a great time. The house was as described and was immaculate. Lots of places within walking distance and it was great to be so close to the beach.

Beautiful townhome right near the beach. Clean and modern. Only issue was the linens-towels and sheets, were a separate cash only 75 fee. I didn’t notice this while booking and have never had a VRBO property keep linens separate. Bring body wash, etc as nothing extra is provided. Someone came over quickly to bring linens once I realized the place didn’t provide them, but I’m very glad I didn’t arrive in the middle of the night with no sheets.

We had a great stay on this property in Ortley Beach. The unit was as described and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Both mattresses were comfortable. The location is close to the beach entrance and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. There are also restaurants close by and a nice farm market three blocks away. Our hostess was responsive to our questions and check in was easy. We would stay here again!BTW: we rented our bedding and towels and they were very nice.

Great location! Stayed here for a girls weekend. Short walk to the beach. Home is clean and decorated so nicely. Love the different levels of balconies you can sit out on. Had a great stay. Would definitely book here again!

Last minute stay

We really lucked out by finding this listing on such a short notice. It was gorgeous and close to all popular attractions. We absolutely loved our stay.

This house is so nice and clean! This is our third year here and it’s been perfect for 2 retired couples get some beach time and relax in this beautiful house. The roof top deck was our favorite place to hang out. We bbq’d, ate outside and the beach was so close by. We absolutely loved staying here! We are coming back next year for sure!

Quiet section in Ortley Beach close to great restaurants. Property was spotless with a great rooftop deck, highly recommend!

would highly recommend staying here

property manager and host were very sweet and communication was great. home was clean and well organized. the patio and rooftop are the best part. i love the accommodations especially the outside showers, grill, and tanning chairs. for its price, it is definitely worth staying here.

Perfect Beach Stay

The property is conveniently located near ortley/lava shops and close to the beach! more than enough space and neighbors in the other units were also friendly. The rooftop deck is the perfect area to relax post-beach and hang out as the sunset and the night rolled in.

Great Location

End of season so quiet and weather was great. The rooftop was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are 3 units within the building and would be great to have friends and family altogether in one building.
