Steps from the pools and beach this is the "perfect family condo " located at The Sonoran Sea Resort. It is one of the closest beach front properties in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point). This beautifully decorated condo is one of the most popular kid friendly condos at the resort.

No long walks or elevators to worry about and just steps from the pool and sand. This convenience allows you to spend more time relaxing ,taking in the incredible views of the Sea Of Cortez. This condo offers sleeping accommodations up to 6 and offers all the amenities you would expect from a top resort. Fantastic for families with kids, you will never want to stay anywhere else. Beautiful location!!

The property is spacious and the view is amazing, perfect for any family but I prefer the bottom floor with older family members, this was perfect!!

Sandy Beach is desirable

The Sandy Beach location was great... nice complex, really enjoyed this unit because of it’s ground floor... open the slider and walk right out on to the grass overlooking the pools & sea!

Great place to stay in Rocky Point!

Loved this place! It was clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels, blankets and everything you'd need. Plus the view is spectacular! We're definitely coming back again! Nicely done, Michelle.

Perfect Location

The back patio opens to the pool and beach! So easy to go back and forth. The condo itself is so well kept and decorated. We had everything we needed for 4 nights with adult kids.

Amazing condo, Amazing views!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very close to the beach. Literally steps away. The unobstructed views of the ocean and the pool were amazing. The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great views and location

Loved the view from our deck and unit. Everything was really nice and as advertised. Only problem was that the furnace did not work. Other than that it was a great stay and would certainly recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Penasco.

Favorite place in Rocky Point

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. It is absolutely perfect. The location on the ground floor makes it easy to back for drinks or snacks while at the pool. The second bedroom has two beds which makes it fun to bunk with a friend AND still get a good night sleep. I will definitely be booking a third time because I already feel like it's my home away from home!

Fantastic Condo!

We loved this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious! The best part was the location! We have stayed on the 9th floor of this same resort and did not have near as much fun as we did on the ground level! No shlepping your belonging up and down an elevator! Just walk in, put your stuff down and enjoy! We spent a majority of our time out on the large patio going to and from the beach or the pool area! We we most certainly be back! Worth every penny! Thank you!

Perfect Family Location - Clean, Great Condo - Great Ground Floor Access.

The Sonoran Sea was perfect for our family Easter Break! We had the best time staying in this property. Two bedrooms and a pull out made it perfect for our family of 5. Brough provisions for the week and all else was there to make for a comfortable stay. As a ground floor unit, there is easy in and out access. No elevator needed. You are, literally, steps away from the Pool, Hot Tub, and the Beach. Beach and pool were gorgeous. Pool scrubbed every day by staff. Had a ball Jet Skiing and Banana Boating with the family. Swim up bar was great for a quick snack or a cold frozen drink. The owner was gracious, accessible and informative. Thank you!

Perfect!!

My husband and I spent New Year's 2016-17 (just before our 4th anniversary) at this condo, and our stay could not have been more perfect. The ground floor location makes loading in/out a breeze, and the fact that you can walk off your patio and out onto the lawn to the pools, jacuzzi and beach makes this unit absolutely ideal. We basically spent the all of the daylight hours on the patio and then moved out onto the lawn each night to watch the sunset. The king bed in the master was super comfortable, and although there is only a shower in the master bath, the guest bath has a tub (should you want one). The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed (though we did bring a good pan and sharp knife just in case). I agree with the previous reviewer who noted that a garbage disposal would have made the kitchen even better. Overall, our stay was amazing!! I'm counting the days until we can return.

Less Than Perfect

On arrival, first impression of this unit was pretty up to par. But after checking some areas and staying a couple days it seemed that the quality went downhill. -I looked under the bed I was using and noticed it hadn't been swept because there was trash along with someone's broken phone case. This made me wonder if the sheets in the bed had been cleaned before our stay. -Please replace the knob on the screen door- it's at its breaking point. -Also, it was a pain opening the front door itself. I believe because of the humidity, the door may have swelled? Not sure, but when opening, we had to slam all of our weight into the door... this is unacceptable. A child would never be able to open this door by themself. -Ants in the bathroom on and off throughout our visit and there were tiny bugs we saw in the kitchen throughout our stay as well. It would be a good idea to have this unit sprayed. I understand this is on the ground floor, but we've stayed at other units on the ground floor before and had no bug problems. Besides the above issues, the condo was great- well decorated and we loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Writing this review so you are aware of what needs to be fixed for future renters.

Excelente Condominio- Atención al Jacuzzi

Excelente condo. Sumamente cómodo y bonito que hace la estadía muy agradable. Atención al Jacuzzi frente al condominio, da descargas eléctricas. Muy peligroso. No lo han reparado correctamente. Lo tapan unos días y lo abren después pero sigue dando descargas eléctricas. Es necesario repararlo correctamente.

Beautiful home

The condo is so beautiful as well as the view and the location is close to everything we like the ground floor is easier for us and our kids liked so much. I hope we can reserve it again in our future trips.

Beautiful Condo

Condo matches the pictures! Unit is clean and beautifully decorated! Unit has lots of towels, but none are beach/pool towels so I would recommend bringing your own.

Perfect Condo

I’ve been to Rocky Point many times but this was my favorite because of the condo. Perfect location and proximity. The owner was great .
