Steps from the pools and beach this is the "perfect family condo " located at The Sonoran Sea Resort. It is one of the closest beach front properties in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point). This beautifully decorated condo is one of the most popular kid friendly condos at the resort.

No long walks or elevators to worry about and just steps from the pool and sand. This convenience allows you to spend more time relaxing ,taking in the incredible views of the Sea Of Cortez. This condo offers sleeping accommodations up to 6 and offers all the amenities you would expect from a top resort. Fantastic for families with kids, you will never want to stay anywhere else. "Million Dollar Views" at rates that will leave you smiling. Parents love this kid friendly unit!

The condo was clean and convenient to the beach and the pool. The staff was friendly and the property kept in good condition. Loved having a ground floor patio and view of the sea.

The property is spacious and the view is amazing, perfect for any family but I prefer the bottom floor with older family members, this was perfect!!

Awesome unit with ideal location. Pool is great with swim up bar and attentive bar staff. The property restaurant is awesome with great food & service.

Sandy Beach is desirable

The Sandy Beach location was great... nice complex, really enjoyed this unit because of it’s ground floor... open the slider and walk right out on to the grass overlooking the pools & sea!

Perfect paradise

My family and I had the best spring break. We were able to relax without worry and walk out of our condo onto the beach. Love this condo and will stay again!

Beautiful home

The condo is so beautiful as well as the view and the location is close to everything we like the ground floor is easier for us and our kids liked so much. I hope we can reserve it again in our future trips.

Such a relaxing trip! The condo was perfect! Perfect location. The electricity was not on when we arrived, but after calling the housekeeper, someone came over right away and it was quickly turned on.

Comfortable condo.

There were minor repairs needed and the owner took care of them immediately . The first floor was fantastic and close to the water.

Great location and clean condo!

The owners did a great job painting the condo blue, it looks beautiful!! They got new couches, a new refrigerator and all new bedding! The guest room was a huge improvement!! Very nice condo!

Amazing condo, Amazing views!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very close to the beach. Literally steps away. The unobstructed views of the ocean and the pool were amazing. The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Fabulous time. This was the perfect place.

Came down for the Easter break and we had a great relaxing time. Perfect for families. This condo was perfect for us family of 4. The kids had there own room and bathroom. Also there room had two separate beds. Perfect! The condo was very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful veiw and we just had to walk out to the door for the pool and beach.

Can’t beat the location.

Great place. A couple of little things needed fixing but they were handled right away, such as lightbulbs out in second bed and microwave was on the fritz. You really cannot beat the location. Walk out the patio right to pool and beach. Great amount of space in the condo, and very comfortable. Michelle is great to work with and damage deposit was refunded in a very timely manner. Will stay again.

Amazing

The room was amazing.. The location right off the pool and beach its amazing. It was so nice to be able to unload right in front of the house. Not have to go up the elevator. Check in process was so easy and check out was perfect didn't have to deal with the front office at all.. When getting into the front gate they didn't have my paper work so had to go to the front so they would let me into the hotel and then the front gate people wouldn't let me in until we printed the paper. Even though i had it on my phone. Then they finally let me in when the front desk called the guy at the gate to let them know we are on the list. I missed the part that it was Sonoran Sea. I headed to Sonoran Sun tried to check into the wrong hotel. Over all was amazing. House was perfect and had everything we needed. Very Kid friendly. April the weather is nice, water was a little cold. Thanks you for such an amazing time at your condo. Very beautiful.

Amazing condo with a great location.

We are 2 couples from Canada who absolutely loved this condo. The location was spectacular for walking the beach, the condo well-equipped for cooking, very clean and nicely decorated. The Wifi worked very well and the 3 TV's in the condo all good TV's. Everything went smoothly upon our arrival after an easy drive from Arizona. The king bed was very comfortable, and the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were OK, but a bit soft for my liking. The pool and beach were literally steps from the condo. Being on the main level made it handy for trips back to the room, and for loading/unloading the car. My only real complaint is not with the condo, but the restaurants and the pool. The pool was not heated, and the bay was too cold to go in, so we weren't able to swim at all. We were there Monday thru Thursday and there were very few restaurants within walking distance. Two of them were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The prices were reasonable, but the food mediocre. We took a taxi into town the last night to eat at El Capitan, which was fabulous and had a beautiful view of the sunset and the entire bay, along with a Mariachi Band to entertain everyone. But the taxi was expensive for 2 ways ($30US). There is no entertainment nearby either, with the exception of a n outdoor "disco" which was not age-appropriate for us. So if you want a quiet spot and like to walk the beach, this is the location for you. If you are wanting lots of good restaurants and entertainment, this location is not for you. We were told that anytime after the first week in March is not quiet though, due to Spring Breaks the rest of the month. I would certainly consider returning to Michelle's condo next year during the same time frame.

Excelente Condominio- Atención al Jacuzzi

Excelente condo. Sumamente cómodo y bonito que hace la estadía muy agradable. Atención al Jacuzzi frente al condominio, da descargas eléctricas. Muy peligroso. No lo han reparado correctamente. Lo tapan unos días y lo abren después pero sigue dando descargas eléctricas. Es necesario repararlo correctamente.

When you rent a one of our condos, you can rest assured that our condos are always updated and well maintained.

Our goal is that you have the best vacation ever, and want to come back for years to come.The first time we went to Rocky Point, it was the best vacation we'd ever had. We rent our condos out so that other people can experience the joy of a great beach vacation in a beautiful condo.
