The property itself is absolutely stunning! We had an amazing stay over new years. The team who managed the property were excellent and catered to every request. One thing to note is it's not a private chef, but a menu which you order from. And they bring it from a nearby restaurant. Still great service. Still a 10/10 experience.

Gorgeous Villa, Beautiful Sunsets

We had an amazing time at Patrick's villa. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the pool, as well as playing pool in the house. The walk up the hill is intense but if you are anble-bodied and fairly fit, it is doable! Haad Yao is our favorite beach on the island, so we were happy to have this private space so close by. Would love to return someday!

What a stunning villa!!

We just stayed 5 nights at The Dreaming View Villa. Great overall experience. Owners and their staff are very friendly and attentive. Awesome pool and spectacular views from every room. Our stay was too short, 5 weeks not 5 days would have been a better idea. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

Stunning Location

'Dreaming View' is an apt name for this property as it has stunning views over Haad Yao - a gorgeous white sand beach. The house has a lovely swimming pool and every bedroom faces the sea. You can have food cooked for you at very reasonable prices or (as we did) eat out at nearby restaurants. There is a very steep hill to overcome but the house has a taxi service available if you don't fancy the exercise! If you want to stay in there is plenty to do including an excellent pool table which we really enjoyed. The owners maintained communication during our stay and are clearly keen to ensure that guests have everything they need. A very enjoyable visit.

5 star staff, property and communication

We stayed in several beautiful villas in Thailand but this one was over and above what we could have ever imagined. We had the options to add made to order food with the chef (delicious by the way),option of a driver, in house massages, private boat transfer and tours, etc. We dreamt it and they made it happen for us. If you want to feel pampered, stay here. I can’t say enough good things about the people involved with this villa. The villla itself is perfection as well. Pool and hot tub are magical. There are views for days both day and night (im now in love with squid boats). You won’t be disappointed here. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND

Wowwwwww! Best villa I’ve ever stayed in.

Wow, this villa exceeded all expectations and beyond. The incredible property along with the VIEW was definitely #1 villa I’ve ever stayed in. The whole villa is huge, with 4 beautiful bedrooms with own ensuites overlooking a panoramic view of the ocean. You feel like you are in actual paradise. The jungle all around us as well. With individual hot tubs outside 3 bedrooms along with 1 bigger one. I actually couldn’t stop muttering “wow” and we will DEFINITELY be back. Worth every penny. The gym facility was awesome and the office is a dream for anyone working remotely. We even saw a monkey when we were in the hot tub, next to us. Tae and her team went above and beyond for us as well, helped us with everything imaginable and whatever needs we had, she would make sure we had it handled. From food orders, to drink delivery and opening coconuts for us. Arranging taxis on the daily and being incredibly accomodating. They were soooo lovely. They made us feel so pampered and right at home. Tae and the team made the experience even more phenomenal. I could go to Koh Phangan and just stay in the villa the whole time and be perfectly happy. The area is also great with the beach close by. The area in general was so nice and the ocean is spectacular. There are some great cafes close by as well. Couldn’t recommend staying in the villa more!!!

Unique

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans la sublime villa de Patrick. Tout d’abord, le nom de la villa : « Dreaming View » est parfaitement mérité tant la vue est époustouflante et superbe. Tout est très confortable et les assistantes de maison très gentilles sont là pour répondre aux besoins. Patrick avait d’ailleurs créé un groupe WhatsApp en prévision du séjour et à aussi arrangé la liaison avec le club de plongée pour les enfants. La situation géographique de la villa est parfaite, Haad Yao est une plage magnifique, tout comme celles aux alentours et le Coco Loco, beach club en bas de la colline est un super endroit pour profiter d’un déjeuner ou d’un dîner à la plage. Bravo à toute l’équipe, notre séjour a été une pure réussite et nous reviendrons très vite j’espère dans votre petit paradis - merci encore pour tout et tous nos vœux de bonheur et de réussite pour le futur !

Sehr schönes neues Haus mit Traumhaften Ausblick !!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen, die Angestellten waren sehr aufmerksam und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Schöne,zentrale Hanglage mit tollem Meerblick an einem wundervollen Strand, an dem man auch bei Ebbe und Flut baden gehen kann. Im Haus war alles nötige vorhanden, sogar deutsches Fernsehen über Amazon TV. Wir können das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Familie Stahr
