Spacious Family Friendly Cottage!

1600 square foot 3 bed 1 bath year round cottage on a beautiful smaller lake that is great for fishing and swimming! Cottage has no stairs inside or out and has a great sandy beach with sunny exposure. Cottage is fully equipped and includes laundry, satellite, BBQ, camp fire pit, microwave, stove, coffee pot, swim raft, paddle boat, canoe, row boat, and a dock. We do have wifi. We have no A/C but each room has a ceiling fan. Cottage is 15 min south of Parry Sound and 5 min drive from Gordon Bay Marina and Lake Joe's boat launch.

The cottage was a perfect fit for our family. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the water and all the amenities. Hoping to rent again same time next year.

Beautiful spot!

I have 3 kids (17,14 and 11) who loved the water activities and the property in general. The lake was so nice!! We loved checking out local restaurants and riding around the lake with the paddle boards and canoe! If you go, which you should, bring extra pillow cases! There are plenty of pillows but we didn't think of bringing extra pillow cases (a trip to walmart solved that!). Also, we had some hot weather and we were happy we brought our fans from home to stay cool. The area was beautiful, very quiet and super welcoming. I would stay again for sure!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer

Perfect spot for our family reunion

Beautiful location with lots of outdoor activities perfectly suited to our active adult children. Cottage was very welcoming, well equipped and spacious. The lake was warm and peaceful and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets.

Week in June

Beautiful spot facing west (great for sunsets) on small, quiet lake. The cottage is very well equipped with pretty much everything you might need. Really appreciated the private sandy beach with shallow entry for the dog…which would also be ideal for kids. We slept very well on one of the comfortable queen sized beds. Good water pressure with hot water for showering & doing dishes. This time of year the biting bugs happen to be very “friendly” so we just used bug spray & limited our time outdoors. Great set up inside for playing board games & doing puzzles on large dining table with good lighting & fantastic view looking out to the lake & sunsets. Very convenient to have an additional dining space on large kitchen island with stools. Would love to come back later in the summer &/or fall!

Perfect Getaway in Muskoka

Beautiful cottage with great access to water for swimming, paddle boating, paddle boards etc. Beautiful lake views at night. Interesting watching the planes coming in and out overhead. Nice calm lake and warm for swimming. Had a nice stay and would recommend.

Relaxing retreat after trip across Canada

This cottage was the perfect place to land and re-group after our drive across Canada. It is clean and comfortable, the lake is warm and inviting and we had afternoon naps every day. Also, the sunsets are AMAZING. Would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Lake cottage

Lovely cottage . Peaceful lots of living space Great for all ages nice sandy and shallow area for small children . My only complaint would be that the towels had an odour as if not washed properly but t our stay otherwise had a fantastic few dsys

Fabulous stay!

We went for a few days for a family trip. It was amazing. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed, the views were great. There were a couple mentions of being too close to neighbours, but it’s a small cottage community area, and it felt very safe and friendly to me. The amenities were great. We’d be glad to return back!!

Fun was had by all!

We just spent the week at this cottage and had an amazing time. The cottage was clean, cozy, well maintained and was very well stocked with everything you could need. Location was perfect. The kids had a great time swimming and paddling in the lake and lots of great fishing for my husband and son. You are right next to the neighbors on one side but I still felt we had lots of privacy and we rarely saw anyone else. We genuinely enjoyed our stay at the cottage and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Caitlin and Peter for sharing your gem with us.

Beautiful, Quiet, serene

This cottage had everything we needed. The additional apartment upstairs with additional deck was a bonus. The commercial kitchen was awesome ! We were thankful for air conditioning on Saturday, as it was smokin hot outside . There was a lot of room for our big family and we loved having the kids play area in the front yard. A beautiful spot on the water … hidden away from the business of life. We quite enjoyed being off the beaten path and soaked in the quiet over the weekend . We loved waking up on the water and having the opportunity to play pool, ping pong and badminton, Marla and Sherri were easy to get ahold in the case we had any questions or concerns during our stay.

great getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was clean had plenty of amenities for cooking, relaxing, playing and enjoying the outdoors. The time it did rain we had lots of games and puzzles and TV to watch. The teens really enjoyed the paddle boards and the fishing was fantastic for them, we even had a feed for the 7 of us one night. Row boat was great but could use some new paddles as the ones there were mismatched and hard to use. I even got on the paddle board for the first time ever and I am 69. Overall the short trip to Parry Sound for what bits we needed worked out just fine. Thumbs up from us..
