This by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect location, beach and even restaurants. Management company was very nice to deal with we can not wait to rent this unit again. Highly recommended

Property was very nice. It was a non-smoking property inside and out yet we had to deal with someone next door not following the rules and was smoking out on balcony. Unit was very nice. Only item were the bed pillows were extremely soft with no support. Other than that, it was great. Plenty of seating, beds super comfortable, nice balcony area, kitchen large and well equipped. Great time had by all.

Great time!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. We loved it, the room was exactly as described. The only recommendation from us is keyless entry for the door! Great experience for us

The condo was perfect. The beach was less than a minute walk outside of our door. The only issue was the WiFi is listed under a different name upon check in

Quick get away

We wanted to check out the Madeira Beach/St Pete Beach area so decided to do a short trip down. We loved it. The condo was excellent. Nice pool area and right on the beach. We'd definitely go back.

Excellent! The unit is well maintained. The head of maintenance is always friendly in passing and greets us throughout the entire stay. The staff at TRS are always super helpful, welcoming and pleasant to engage with. We are always extremely satisfied with our entire experience and rebook before departure.

View is excellent from this unit. Clean when we checked in. This unit is on the 7th floor so to arrive to a broken elevator was very disappointing. Several guests said it had been acting up all week. I felt especially bad for an older lady on a cane who couldnt do stairs stranded downstairs. On a busy holiday weekend they decided to seal coat the property so we had to move cars to one side of the building. (A gentleman working for the property said that was a very poor decesion for which we agreed). Twp evenings when we came back we had no parking spot. We had to call the after hours number and get someone out of bed both nights. Ive called to speak to a manager and have heard nothing yet.

Incredible! Will be repeat customers for this property. The unit has great furniture and is well stocked in the kitchen with nice appliances, dishes, pans, etc. It was very well cleaned! Ceiling fans in every room. Very spacious. Excellent condo overall, very pleased.

Madeira Bay Resort

This is a nice resort if you are with others who are mobile. The aerial picture of the building leaves an impression that the building is on the ocean side, which in fact is not true. Gulf Blvd. must be crossed in order to get to the beach side. This is a very busy road. We saw many accidents at the crosswalks. My elderly mother and sisters were not able to go to the ocean due to the distance. The pool is nice, but bathrooms are not near by and the umbrellas need some attention. If I had a young family, it would have been more enjoyable.

Check in was easy but I recommend upgrading to keyless system. Elevator and pool/beach gates codes were a little annoying. Room has an excellent view but one elevator made things a little slow sometimes. Condo had everything we needed…dishes, beach chairs, boogie boards. No washer/dryer in unit but laundry rooms on 4th and 7th floor of the complex. I would stay there again, easy parking and pool was clean.
