Girls Trip

We had a great time, short walk to Johns pass and lots of restaruants. Great place to stay right on the beach.

Loved our week away from home

Great location, condo had everything we needed even washing powders, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. We were very happy with our rental.

Beautiful beach, beautiful sunsets!

A great location, quiet yet convenient to everything. The unit was exactly as stated and even better. Just a lovely Madeira Beach vacation with our family.

Everything we needed AND MORE. On-site manager, Mary, was very friendly and helpful. Quiet location and close to John's Pass.

Relaxing Stay

The condo was very clean! Plenty of towels. Really appreciated all the beach items that were available to use. It was perfect for our family of 4!

Great!

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach. A nice clean beach and swimming pool for options. I felt the condo was even nicer than the pictures. We had a great time a plan to go back.

Relaxed and Enjoyable

Our stay was perfect, the condo was just right for some family time on the beach. Wake up and head to the water - what could beat that? The beach was clean and was not over populated. The water was calm most of the time, even after a storm came through.

Perfect!

We loved this property! Stocked well with anything you would need, plenty of towels, and beach toys. Outdoor games as well, shuffleboard and cornhole. The whole experience was perfect. We loved it so much we’re already planning for next year!

Amazing!!!

This condo was spectacular!!!! The location was perfect and the cleanliness of our condo and the entire complex was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and Karen the owner had absolutely everyone we needed. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing means easy. We will definitely be returning.

Great unit on the water

The pool was not up and running because of the pervious years unfortunate events but everything else was great. The location is perfect for everything we wanted to do. The owner and management team were on top of every question and even compensated us back for the pool not being ready. Absolutely would use them again. Thank you guys

Oasis!!

We stayed at this property for six days and the owner and property manager could not have been nicer! Very quick with responses and even though there wasn’t originally a blender in there she went out and bought one for us to use! Great customer service. Loved the space. Highly recommend. Janet and Mary were so easy to work with!!

Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I stayed at Collwood for a week and it was absolutely perfect! We absolutely loved our location, right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable beds. We're actually going back again later this year and hope to stay in the Collwood building again. Communication with the owner was great. I loved that the Property Managers were on site and easily accessible. We loved that there were chairs and beach gear provided. Made flying in that much easier! Will definitely stay again.

The Condo was fine the weather no so much!

This is the first trip to Florida it was unseasonably cold. Had to stay in the condo and unfortunately with only a street view it made it a bit disappointing. The condo had everything you would need to go to the beach and stay comfortably. The beds were comfy and the Kitchen was well stocked of utensils and has a full size washer and dryer.

Enjoyed Paradise!

Janet was a great host. And the raaident managers helpdil. The only issues were that the pool wasnt yet fixed (given the devastating hurricane they faced recently, its understandable but disappointing), and the elevator broke down for half the time we were there.Otherwise, we had SO much fun - the beach is RIGHT there. The condo is spacious and has everytbing we need. They offer a Graco Pack and Play for babies but it's not the best... so we ended up renting a crib from a Mom n Pop and our baby slept very well!I would definitely recommend this host and place. Thank you so much for your nice review and understanding during our period of getting back to normal after our devastating hurricane season This past October While the pool was initially supposed to be back operational unforeseen beyond our control issues pushed our completion date out a few weeks It is now filled and only waiting city inspection I am happy I was able to offer you some monetary compensation for this delay Sharon our manager said you would return again Thank u again and have a wonderful summer
