Welcome to River Strand, one of the most desirable golf and lifestyle communities in the Greater Sarasota area. This top-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, privacy, and sweeping views of the golf course, lakes, and the Manatee River.
Inside the Condo
The condo is located on the 4th floor with elevator access and includes a reserved covered parking spot right at the building’s entrance, plus a private locked storage area.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space with an updated kitchen—stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and a bar-height eating counter. The living room opens to a screened lanai through sliding glass doors, showcasing incredible views morning through evening.
Both TVs have full cable channel line-ups and Roku streaming devices, and WiFi is included.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and walk-in closet. The front bedroom has been redesigned as a flexible den/guest room with a comfortable sleeper sofa. There are two full bathrooms—an oversized walk-in shower in the master and a tub/shower combination in the hall bath. A washer and dryer are located in the unit.
Community & Amenities
River Strand offers an Arthur Hills–designed 27-hole championship golf course, an impressive tennis center with 8 Har-Tru courts, and a clubhouse with two restaurants. You’ll also enjoy a resort-style pool complex with a lazy river, Jacuzzi, Tiki bar, and a 24/7 fitness center. The community is beautifully landscaped with walking, jogging, and biking paths, and there is a second neighborhood pool just a short walk away.
