Location! Location! Location! Located on Sandpiper, just off of Fifth Avenue close to Olde Naples. Easy access to Naples Beach and nearby boat and beach rentals. Centrally located to all that Southwest Florida has to offer. You have the best of both worlds with all the activities you could ever want and yet come back to peace and quiet in a condo that is designed for elegance and comfort. The complex is in a quiet setting with two lakes and has a nice community pool The condo is on the second floor of a two story building. The kitchen, living room and dining room all open to the lanai which overlooks a serene lake. The large birds fly in and out of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, a dishwasher, and a window that overlooks the lake. It also has a desk area for your computer and wifi access. The living room has large screen TV with Netflix access and cable, very comfortable seating and a dry bar for your convenience. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and one with a tub. Towels are provided. Master bedroom has queen bed, large walk in closet and drawer storage, and a cable TV. It also has comfortable seating for resting, reading, or TV watching. Bathroom is ensuite. Guest bedroom has twin beds, large walking closet and drawer space. There is a comfortable reading chair and a small library next to a window. Bathroom is en suite with shower and tub and access to linen closet.
There is a washer and dryer off hallway.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Nice spacious unit. Great lanai with pond views. Nice pool. Friendly neighbors. Great location close to everything. Would rent again.

Nice condo and complex

We rented for a month and had an excellent stay. The unit was very clean. The location was excellent being near downtown Naples, parks and the beach. We really enjoyed the lanai overlooking the lakes. Definitely recommend.

Nice Condo

The Condo is nice. We have all what we need for comfortable vacation. Near to the beach ans shops. Only Hurricane Irma disturb us. But next Year we will come back.

First year renting this condo

Enjoyed a wonderful month at this condo and all that had been promised was true. We found the condo to be exceptionally clean, convenient to all amenities including the downtown restaurants and beaches. We especially enjoyed spending most of our time out on the lovely lanai which overlooks two lakes, the view is spectacular and the wild life fascinating. We certainly recommend this facility to any interested party. Ed

Bill and ME

The condo was roomy and very comfortable with a nicely appointed kitchen. The lanai had a lovely view overlooking a pond and was situated so we could enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. A wonderful farm market is less than a mile away. We biked to Naples botanical gardens and many of our favorite restaurants in the area. The residents and guests in the complex were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool which was nicely maintained. All the grounds and buildings were extremely well manicured and cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay here and would definitely return.

Al and I (Phyllis) rented in Royal Arm in January of 2015. We loved this setting so much we decided to buy it. We spend as much time in the condo as possible. But we can't stay all year. Al is also an interior designer who owns a business. The condo provides us a place to really get away from it all! We enjoy sitting on the lanai and watching the birds fly in and out. We go to the pool every day. We have our favorite places downtown Old Naples that we like to dine and listen to music. We walk the beach and look for dolphins. We've just begun to explore this region and all it has to offer. We enjoy hearing from our guests and how much they enjoy the condo and the area. We treat people like they are our guest and try to accommodate them any way we can. Just like we do in our Bed and Breakfast.
