The lower level features a tavern with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball table, darts, bedroom with bath. Bonus features include a large room above the garage which includes sleeping and bath. There is room to spare in this house.
The perimeter of the backyard is enclosed with a fence, is landscaped and offers privacy.

WE are so very fortunate to call Southampton our home town. Having been born and raised here (well, me anyway), I had to move away to appreciate the beauty of my home town. My husband moved here after visiting a friend and has called Southampton home since. Now years later, married and having a family of our own, we're proud to call Southampton our home and have our children grow up surrounded by the beauty of this spectacular place.

Our house was thoughtfully planned and constructed. We chose this location to build because of the location and privacy. We are located on a small, quiet private dead end road 2 miles from the village. Everything is so close - the Jitney, LIRR and all the amenities Southampton and the other Hamptons has to offer. There are trails behind the house in which you could walk, or mountain bike. One could even bike into town. Our children love it here.
