Beautiful Southampton Village home, new reno, Heated pool!
Recently renovated, Four Bedrooms, Two Full Baths, and a finished basement with ample room for all are located in the heart of the Village on a half-acre parcel.
This house offers top-notch amenities and is the perfect vacation home for friends or families seeking to get away from it all. Located in the heart of Southampton while also being biking distance to the beach, this Village property has it all.
Living room with flat screen tv open to the kitchen. All designer appliances in the kitchen (6 burner Wolff stove, subzero refrigerator), with an island. The kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with Calphalon cookware and a Weber grill on the deck outside. Bonus Den with flat screen tv and extra seating.
One bathroom and three bedrooms on the main floor, including a king-size bed, a queen bed, and bunk beds with a trundle (sleeps 4) There is also a bedroom (full-sized bed) and bathroom on the basement level and a futon bed in the living area of the basement. The basement also has additional couches and a television and adds additional space for your guests.
Brand new 20x40 heated saltwater gunite pool, newly landscaped yard with room for games and lawn activities. Bluestone patio around the pool and a wood deck for dining. Restoration Hardware outdoor table with chairs and lounge chairs and couch. Outdoor speakers add to your enjoyment!
The garage has six bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, a paddle board and other much needed summer items.
We also have a brand new Fire Pit area for guests to relax and warm up for those brisk nights.
The house sits on more than 1/2 acre of property. four car driveway can fit six if needed. Convenient location to all amenities, including train station (.5 miles), town (.6 miles), (1.5 miles) old Town Beach, and Cooper's Beach (3.0 miles).
Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount:
Pool Heating (if applicable), Heating Natural Gas, Electricity, Cable/TV/Internet/Phone, and Garbage Removal.
Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will be available for use April through October. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that the additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of gas during cooler weather.
Cleanings during a guest's stay are not included in the cost of utilities. All reservations longer than two weeks must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. The cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided.

The Village of Southampton is lovely and picturesque. It is also known for its upscale shops, boutique fitness studios, many new art galleries, and myriad of restaurants. Walk along the Village’s Main Street and Jobs and shop in high end stores such as Akris, Bandier, Intermix, Aerin, and many others.
Also on the list should be a trip to Cooper’s Beach and to Agawam Park for their weekly farmer’s market on Sunday afternoons. Cooper’s hosts drive-in movies and other events over the summer months. The drive to the beach will also allow you to view the dozens of sprawling mansions and estates that line the country streets.
