Shaded seating on the brick lanai faces a vast blue waterway stretching behind the house. For an even closer look, relax on the waterside patio, watching slow-moving clouds reflect on the mirrored surface—until a dolphin breaks the surface and glides by.

The first floor features a spacious master suite with a king bed, television, en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, plus direct lanai access. A full guest bathroom is also conveniently located nearby.

Upstairs, the second living area offers two couches, a television, a kitchenette, and direct access to a balcony overlooking the lanai and canal. The second master suite boasts a king bed, television, and a private balcony with stunning water views. A second bedroom features a queen bed and a serene view of the palm trees, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds and a similar tropical backdrop. Two additional full bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms.

Back outside, the heated pool, raised hot tub, and gas grill make for the perfect poolside barbecue setting. Enjoy your favorite tropical drink right from the hot tub, where the brick edges double as built-in coasters. Or, take it upstairs to the second-floor balcony, where you can unwind beside the swaying palms, cooled by the fragrant canal breeze.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows beneath cathedral ceilings flood the home with natural light, ensuring the breathtaking view is never out of sight. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, while the master suite’s four-post bed and French doors opening onto the lanai add a touch of elegance. The dining room table overlooks a lush garden, offering a tranquil setting for every meal.

As night falls, the windows transform into a giant movie screen, projecting the final streaks of sunlight over the shimmering canal, bringing another perfect day in paradise to a close.

Speaking of movie screens, this house features a state-of-the-art game and movie room, along with countless other amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer.
