Exactly as described. Awesome Views! Clean! Plenty of beach gear, coolers and pool towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Outdoor patio furniture was the good stuff! Easy check-in and check-out process! Will book again.

The beach is a bit of a hike so be prepared to walk. The sunsets are amazing!

Beautiful stay

The condo was as depicted in the listing. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I would make a suggestion that the keys be color-coded to make that process a bit easier. balcony furniture could use a little bit of updating.

Girls week

We loved the condo but the walk to the water is long. Lots of beach! We went a couple weeks after Helene and Milton and the area was great. One thing I would change, would be codes instead of so many keys to open so many doors/gates. We went in October with fewer light hours in the day and I would recommend keeping the pool hours until around 9:00 pm at night.

The place was not clean - stains on furniture and other furniture There was construction next door as well as trucks running all day on the beach The worst part was it took three phone calls, one Tuesday one when I checked out on Saturday and one on Sunday before anyone called me backAt a minimum they should have made renters aware

The owners are very helpful and have thought of everything to make their renters comfortable. The condo is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. Sitting on the lanai was fabulous during the chilly days, since it gets sun most of the day! The view is beautiful, especially of those gorgeous Marco sunsets! Easy walk to several restaurants.

Beautiful Island; Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was visiting here with my mother and best friend for one week. I've stayed here a number of times, but in different condos each time, so I can compare this to my other stays. This condo is a little smaller than some of the ones I have stayed in before, but it was very nice and certainly big enough for the three of us! Great shelving in the kitchen for all of our stuff! Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very nice stay. The condo and building were very well maintained but be ready for all the keys that are needed to get into the building, across the bridge to the beach, gate to walk out of the complex? It would be nice if at least they updated the building to a keyless entry? If you are looking for a very quiet, mature and orderly vacation you will like this area of Marco. Too many rules for us but still a very nice property in general. We just wanted to chill, occasionally smoke a cigar but for that you have to sit in a designated area which took all the fun out of it. The beach is beautiful from the balcony but it is quiet a walk just to get to the water and so many broken shells you have to wear shoes. Again, this was a very nice property but be ready and know what you want in a vacation. We wanted to chill but just no chilling here. Come on, who has a pool attendent? God forbid you move a chair to the wrong spot. Enjoy.

Pleasant stay for a quick holiday trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a lovely stay at south seas building 3, unit 905. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was plenty of beach gear. Our overall feedback is simply that the unit’s furniture, electronics (TVs) beach equipment needs some updating. The furniture has some scratches, wobbly lamps, outdated decor, and the beach/unit chairs are showing their age. The TVs in the unit are quite old and could use some more current technology options. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside with the TV but when we hoped to catch a movie on Netflix or have other options after a long day at the beach, the outdated technology limited that. Otherwise it truly is a lovely location, the pickleball courts are fantastic and the pool is clean and warm. It’s a short walk to many local restaurants and truly is a wonderful stay.

Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay on Marco Island and by far the best vacation. The rental agency was so responsive to any questions or issues. Yes, there will always be some minor thing that needs to be addressed. The rental agency went above and beyond their services. The condo has everything you need and was in good shape. The only recommendation that i can offer is that the cleaning staff should consider using environmentally cleaning products that dont have any fragrance. If we go back to Marco Island it will be booked through this rental agency. Thanks again for making sure we had an enjoyable vacation.

Good time in Marco

Check in was easy and the condo was clean with nice view of beach. All the beach supplies we needed were included. The condo needs some updating of furniture and decor. We had to go buy our own TP What is supplied was awful. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful along with the beach where we found lots of shells, sand dollars and wildlife. Took a shelling tour to Kice Island found almost of shells there too
