Large property with 2nd barn/game house and additional beds
Rent these 5 bed and 3 bath homes weekly or monthly for your vacation. Houses sits on top of a hill and has breath taking views on more than 100 acres of land, amazing sunrises from the master suite and sunsets from the great room. Home has octagon shape great room with open timber frame ceilings and a large open fireplace. Do your grilling indoors with the indoor grill. Large 7 person jacuzzi tub outside the master bedroom. Master bedroom has king size bed with open vaulted ceilings. Interior painting was done by an artist. Radiant heated floors. Parts of the home has central air, remember this is central New York and air conditioning is not really needed. These homes is truly a one of a kind vacation home due to its 50 mile plus mountain views in almost the 360 degree. There are great sledding hills for the kids. Leather sectional couch and swivel chairs with power recliners and USB plugs on side of couch in great room. Love seat, futon couch and chair in studio.
Note: 2nd HOME RED HOUSE NOW INCLUDED. House has a game room with beautiful open ceilings. Includes full kitchen, living room, laundry and bathroom. Has ping pong and 7 foot pool table. Red House has radiant floor heat and air condition on both floors. Contact owner for more information. The red house sits right next to the main house.
Visit Glimmerglass state park for hiking trails, snow tubing etc. Beach with a big lake make this an awesome place only 15 minutes from the house.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed sledding out in the snow during the day with all of the amazing views that the property has to offer, sitting by the fireplace at night, warming up in the hot tub, and playing in the rec room with the kids. The kitchen was great to cook in and very accommodating of our large family. We would definitely recommend a visit to Howe Caverns!

The massive living area was perfect for a large family get together. The rooms were laid out perfectly for privacy. The view, no matter what window one looked out, was stunning. Amos, the host, was quick to reply to questions. We had a wonderful stay

The property was even nicer than the pics. The beds were very comfortable. The central hub was delightful to cook in, eat in, and to socialize and relax in. The views out each and every window are truly breathtaking.

Cooperstown Baseball 2025
We stayed here while our boys played in Cooperstown. Even with the 30/35 minute drive I would stay here again. The views are amazing.

Perfect place to stay!
We enjoyed this house sooo much! The children (ages 7-16) enjoyed the space. It was so nice to have the two areas for people to sleep and spread out.

I had my wedding here and it was such a memorable and amazing experience. Amos was so great and accommodated our tent set up which was super helpful. The views the view the viewsssss !! Look at my wedding photos.. you’ll understand that the views alone are worth the stay! It was absolutely gorgeous, especially the sunset. There were plenty of rooms for my moms, my sons, husband and sisters to get ready in with no issues. AC was available but wasn’t really needed with the many windows and fresh breeze. The hot tub was a relaxing plus, we only had time to indulge once. We brought soccer balls and a volleyball net with us , the kids loved running around outside in the fields. There was also a bike the kids loved having to ride in the grass. Things to note (which didn’t affect our stay, but just to make note of) .. the master bedroom doesn’t have a door. We knew this from another review and brought a baby gate for our pups. If you’re a bride looking for a wedding venue just keep in mind the master bedroom is the one without AC if you’re getting ready in there. Luckily for me, the breeze was breezing on my wedding day so it wasn’t bad !!! Overall, we loved our stay and would love to visit again, next time on a more low key, relaxed vacation!! Beautiful home !! Beautiful views !! Amazing pocket of peace ! Worth every penny !

Stunning views, grand space with hot tub
The views are jaw dropping in 360 degrees, and having a large dining room and we'll stocked kitchen made for some wonderful communal meals. Everything was comfortable and well cared for. An incredible stay.

Winter Weekend
Great property with plenty of space and activities. The hot tub was nice in the snowy weather and the pool table and ping pong table were fun indoor activities.

A perfect getaway
I stayed here with my whole family and a few friends for my wedding weekend and it was perfect! The place was spacious and we had more than enough room. Not to mention the stunning backdrop! The beds were comfy and everything was so relaxing.

The best part of the house is the views of the mountains and countryside. Cooperstown was great.

Wonderful getaway! Great host!
This property was perfect for our 2-family vacation. Plenty of room and space for everyone and the views were magnificent! Amos was an outstanding host. We lost power one morning after some storms with the fridges full of groceries and Amos was there within minutes setting up a generator for us! We loved the spacious, well equipped kitchen and great room and really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit- made lasting memories!

The house was on a beautiful property that provided both sunrises & sunsets! House has plenty of space for a multi-family stay! We will be back!

We purchased this home after family from the area called to let us know this beautiful amazing designed home was for sale. The house sits on the large 123 acre lot and is set up to view the amazing sunrises from the Master suite and then see the sunsets from the octagon shape great room.
