Awesome stay!

This property was clean and located in a very safe area. We loved all of the decorations inside the house that made for perfect Instagramable pictures! Our host was kind and communicative. We loved our stay!

A Great Stay !

This property was great. The entire house was clean & cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. The master bedroom was beautiful & very spacious. The host responded quick & was very polite & helpful. I definitely will be returning to this house on my next trip if it’s available.

Great Location and Beautiful Home

The location is close to downtown and the area feels very safe. Shante is an excellent communicator and ensured we had what we needed.

Atlanta Vacay

Shante was great! She was quick with responding to my texts & was very accommodating. The house is a beautiful older home in a great neighborhood. My daughter & I walked to Summer Hill and I t was only a short drive to many of Atlanta’s main attractions.

Pictures does not do this house justice

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** My friends and I enjoyed a very small Friendsgiving (5). Everyone was amazed at the beauty of the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The location was great, centrally located around many restaurants and grocery stores ( which made it convient to order instacart) The host, Shante was very responsive any method of communication. Overall this experience was fantastic and we have decided to make this an annual thing.

Great location

The house was in a great location to down town Atlanta and all of the attractions. Great restaurants nearby. Good place for families. Neighborhood safe to walk around. Shante was a great host!

Great place

Everything was wondeeful. As well as they got me in to there place in hours. I left another place cause it was very uncomfortable for me and my family. These place is Great and Ill be back very soon..

Birthday weekend

The host Shante is great! My reservation was originally for August 14-16 but unfortunately my husband was hospitalized the week we were expected to rent the property. Due to the time frame of me renting the stipulation stated no refund would be given if I had to cancel. However Shante was very understanding and accommodating and was willing to allow me reschedule the trip! The house was amazing , plenty of space for 6 people and Shante responded to my texts in a very short period of time. I will definitely rent this home again! Thank you again Shante for hospitality and may God continue to bless you and your family!

Summerhill

The stay was ok. Check in was a bit unclear. First was told to meet at the house at a certain time, no one showed up and phone number did not work. A few attempts later, she answered with code. So started off rocky as I was nervous that I was not going to be able to check in. House looked like someone currently lived in there, personal items were everywhere, closets filled with personal clothes, no where to put my items. I was told towels and blankets were in washer and /or dryer. Not yet ready. House was not prepared 100% for guests but we made it work. Shante was extremely nice when I did reach out with questions. House is in a good area near the city.

It was everything we needed and wanted!

The young lady who is the property manager was a great host. It was a nice big house in a quiet neighborhood. And the kitchen was filled with food lol.

Spacious Home with a wonderful owner!!!

Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home to us while there for business for 10 days!!! It was so nice to come home and relax our feet!! Shante’s communication was wonderful and if we had any questions while we were there, she responded immediately. The neighbors were friendly and the home is very convenient to downtown without the feel of being downtown. We would DEFINITELY stay there again!!!

The house is nice and spacious. The location is something you can't put a price on. The owner is extremely nice !!! We will be seeking this property again on our next trip .... Thank you for everything !

Bugs and cockroaches

It was a good location. But the posting said there was a hot tub which actually turned out to be just a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom which was half the reason we book this house was for a hot tub for 5 adults not to mention cockroaches were everywhere it was dirty and a lot of things were just broken.everything besides the new furniture that got put in that day. Most everything else sticky and dirty to the point where we could not open cabinets properly without putting a lot of force into it. Would not recommend this to anyone else which is unfortunate because the lady and her son which I talked to were very nice if they could clean up the property and get rid of the bugs it would be a great location

Well thanks for your feedback although, I spoke to you on several instances and you never made mention of any of the above other than the hot tub which is there and there are pictures on the website showings it in the master bathroom for all to see. I have a cleaning team that after each stay and I was there waiting on furniture when she cleaned so that is so not true. Now there are many trees around the home which attracts bugs if the screen doors are left open. But because of your feedback I will have pest control come more often. As for the cabinets they are not dirty they were restained and the home had been without tenants for awhile and that’s why they may have been sticking. However easy solution I can have knobs placed on them. Thanks again for your feedback, blessings!

The house is what any family or group would need. My family loved it, I did too.

1. The house didn't have any reviews so I was skeptical to book but finally did and was happy that I took that decision because that apartment couldn't have been better. 2. The location is about one of the best you can have in Atlanta, close to everywhere in just minutes and secure 3. It is a great house with luxury space and features and everything is in place. Large TV in the living room and 2 of the rooms upstairs. Three room apartment 4. The owner, Shante is amazing, allowed us early check in and late checkout at no cost. Just a phone call 5. My family arrived, she was there to welcome us and showed us around which we didn't get in the other apartment we rented before we moved in to hers. She saw we were 6 in number and rushed off to buy us bigger cooking utensils to add to what was already in the house just to make us comfortable. 6. She made everything available and showed me her storage for more if we wanted. 7. The only thing that she didn't do well was not to post pictures that will show exactly what she has in the house and the great furnishing. Her pictures online undervalued the house and neighborhood. I recommend that she uploads pictures that will show what she has which will obviously attract more users and travellers. 8. My family described her as hospitable. We moved from an apartment to hers and our former host didn't get that description 9. Will I return to this house again? Yes 10. Will I recommend to anyone? Strongly. Yes. I will. I already started. 11. Will she answer all your questions and provide additional information and support to make you comfortable? Yes, Shante will. I guess that she is naturally a nice person. 12. Great place Great host. Value for money.
