The split floor plan features the master bedroom that opens onto a screened lanai on one side of the home with a king size bed, flat screen TV, attached bath and walking closet. It also has a formal living room and dining room that also open up to the screened lanai. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen opens up to the family room that is comfortably furnished and has a large flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size (double) bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. A den (office) located off the living room is conveniently furnished with a desk and a futon.
