Thank you for your recent stay in our cabin. We appreciate your feed back on the home. We do strive to have good quality homes with services that make our guest feel at home and have a great experience. We do have our homes serviced thru a pest control company. However, due to recent rains it some times does drive the ants in lower areas. With a phone call we usually can have the issues serviced and treated same day. We apologize that you had to deal with our mountain critters and hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise. Premier Team

I agree wholeheartedly that the handyman should not have been there when you arrived. While he reported that someone in your party told him to "go ahead and finish", he should not have put you in that position. The owner is willing to make a partial refund for your inconvenience. Please contact me directly to discuss. Unfortunately, this is the first time I am hearing about the smell in the basement. The house is located in a wooded area, so occasionally a mouse manages to get inside. If you had notified me upon your arrival, I would have had someone come and remove the dead mouse and sprayed to remove the odor. Unfortunately, the only cable provider in that area has had service issues. During your stay the internet service provider (ISP) was upgrading their equipment, which caused random outages. As stated in your contract, we cannot guarantee the availability of amenities that we do not control. As you mentioned, there are six smart TVs throughout the house, which you could have used with your phone's hot spot if you wanted to stream a movie. I have no explanation for what would have caused a breaker to trip, as there have been no other reports of such incidents. We will have an electrician check the wiring. I have to completely disagree with you on this point. The owners have the house thoroughly cleaned regularly, which includes wiping down the nick knacks and other decor. Perhaps the decor was not to your liking, but it was definitely not dirty. We do appreciate your feedback and your business. We strive to make all guest experiences pleasant.
