This Fully Furnished 1500 sq. ft. Apartment Features A Master Bedroom With Jacuzzi Bath And Separate Shower, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Separate Dinning Room, Large Screen Tv With Free Cable Access, Free Wireless Access, A Gas Operated Fireplace, Washer And Dryer En Suite. Exclusive use Of A 1000 Sq. Ft Deck With Fireplace And A Panoramic View Of The Beach And Harbor. Located Steps From The Beach And Six Short Blocks To The Bay. At the bay are kayak paddle board rentals and basketball and handball courts. Three blocks away is Belmont Shore's famous 2nd street with multiple restaurants bars (one claims to be the original sports bar) and shops.

Long Beach oasis

My husband, children, and I had the best time in this beautiful home. Across the street from the beach, close to Second Street and downtown - this home is perfect for exploring LB.Everything is well appointed and comfortable. We can’t wait to recommend it to our friends and family.

Excellent stay in Long Beach

Excellent location, just steps from the beach. The on-site parking was excellent and very helpful. Ron and Kathy were super helpful!

Better than expected

We could not have picked a better or more comfortable place to stay. Everything was clean, the rooftop seating area was amazing and relaxing. Ron is top notch! Have already recommended this place to others

The Aunt Invasion

My 3 sisters and I traveled to LB to visit my daughter. It was their first and possibly only visit to California. We were so lucky to have found this beautiful property, with so many amenities that made our week easy and comfortable. From the fully equipped kitchen to the roof top patio fireplace it was just what we needed. The host Ron and his wife were so gracious and welcoming.If we ever have the opportunity we would hope to stay here again.

Lovely stay!

This home is so well suited for a family. The rooftop space is very special and we enjoyed it! Long Beach is not too crowded, though the streets are always packed with parked cars. We were thankful Ron and Kathy had a space in the alley way for us to park! The streets were quiet and peaceful. Very close to Catalina Expressway and 30 minute drive to Disneyland. Would 10/10 recommend!

Long Beach stay

Beautiful apartment with views of the water from the roof top deck. Great location. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Nice property, Great location

A very nice property at a great location in Long Beach. Close to beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. Property has a great view from the rooftop. Property was clean and hosts were very responsive. Would recommend.

Another fantastic stay!

What a wonderful property! This was our second time staying here, and we had another incredible visit. The home is gorgeous, the location couldn’t be better, and the hosts are so kind and welcoming. We will certainly be back!

Perfect place for our wedding weekend!

This place was PERFECT for my partner and I and our three kids. We chose it because of the gorgeous view, its proximity to our wedding venue, and its beauty. The hosts were amazing and kind and helpful every step and the place was beautiful, spacious and clean! Highly recommend!

Great property

This property is lovely and the owners are wonderful. We had a medical emergency while there and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect, right by the beach and just a couple blocks from the restaurants and shops. It is a great place to stay in Long Beach.

Highly Recommended

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental in Long Beach. It is ideally located just a block from the beach and everything along 2nd in Belmont Shores. We walked along the beach, to coffee shops, and a wonderful bakery. The rental is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal, it felt like home. The rooftop fireplace was a definite highlight. Our family enjoyed the ambiance and ocean view. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Property was gorgeous, very clean and meticulously kept. Kathy and Ron were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Even Sir Walter, the dog, was welcoming! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!!!

This was a fantastic property located in a great location. Steps away from the beach and only about a 7-10 minute walk to 2nd street. Apartment exactly as described, the roof deck was great to hang out in. Ron was amazing with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

My friends and I had the most relaxing and wonderful time at Ron’s home! We cooked most meals in and had everything we could want for cooking in the beautiful kitchen! The rooftop patio had the best view and we enjoyed many hours up there enjoying the fireplace! Highly recommend Ron’s place!

Awesome place for a weekend at the beach.

Absolutely wonderful spanish style beach house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us with great upper patio and fireplace that overlooks the beach and ocean. Just a 1/4 block off the water. The homeowners are very friendly and accomodating. Highly recomended.
