This property is cozy and located in such a perfect setting to visit Southern California. A few steps away from 2nd Street for shopping and restaurants and a few steps away from the bay and behind that a few steps away from the ocean. The peninsula is moments away and what a wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset.

Amazing location! 2 blocks to bay and ocean and right off 2nd st corridor. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and friendly. Great value as well. Would def return.

This beach house was so cute, airy, clean, and overall a great home to vacation with family! The hosts were great at responding, the instructions were seamless. There were so many beach toys, we were grateful they were willing to share. This was a perfect spot for beach Disney trip and will definitely come back again. This was our first time at Long Beach and we loved how close it was to second street. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from!

We had a wonderful stay here. We are familiar with the neighborhood, love the Second Street vibe and being able to walk everywhere. The host provided beach items and kayaks, which was very accommodating. The house is lovely and beds are comfortable. We had everywe needed and have no negative thoughts. Great place!

Exactly as described. Host were easy to communicate with. Location was an easy walking distance to the beach or town/shops. For Alaskans it did get pretty warm, but there was a small air conditioner and plenty of fans. Luckily there was garage parking because street parking was challenging. I would caution on long trucks or big SUV as the garage was on the shorter side for long vehicle. Over all we would stay here and recommend this place to others.

The house was perfect for our family weekend in So Cal. The check-in was spot on and timely, the house was clean, and there were even some snacks waiting for us. The location was very close to the beach and marina and just steps away from a variety of restaurants and shops. Long Beach was a perfect location as we were visiting family both north in Hermosa Beach and south in the City of Orange. The only thing I would advise (and the owners did mention it) is that the street parking is limited, the alley that gets you to the garage is VERY narrow, and the garage itself barely fits (3 inches to spare) a mid-size car. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for your So Cal vacation.

House met our needs for a family visit for a few days. House is close to 2nd St shops, grocery store and the beach. Garage for parking plus washer and dryer are nice extras.

Great stay and amazing location!

We absolutely loved this little bungalow and its proximity to so many wonderful areas of Long Beach. We were just a few blocks from the bay and the ocean, as well as shops and places to eat. The beds were cozy and we had everything we needed for a great stay, including extra fans which helped a lot, as we’re not used to no A/C. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
