This midcentury new home has a fantastic atmosphere of a true vacation get away. With large windows and light filled rooms everywhere. Brand newly remodeled and very modern and stylish. It features the most amazing unobstructed 360 degree views of the golf course, land escaping and mountain views on both sides.3 bedrooms and 2 bath with and additional outdoor shower, Jacuzzi tub in master bath, rain shower dome, full amenities in kitchen, fireplace, laundry room, 1 car garage, private saltwater pool and outdoor jacuzzi, large new BBQ island, outdoor ceiling fans and outdoor speakers, 4 flat screen hd tv's in all rooms, 2 sectionals in living room, so the entire group can hang out comfortably. In door and out door dining for 8 guests. A stationary bike, internet, cable tv, scanner and fax machine, dishwasher, stove gas cook top, microwave, outdoor bar, plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and sitting areas. Karaoke machine for big screen Tv for family entertaining. Stereo and DVD, 3 king size beds with luxury linen and plenty of fluffy full set towels in all bathrooms. The kitchen is bright and spacious an extra large, sleek, cesar-stone kitchen Island with bar chairs. All floors throughout the house are a beautiful white glossy porcelain tile, which helps maintain the coolness and a nice flow throughout the house. Gorgeous ceiling fans in the living, dining and 3 bedroom provide a nice air flow. For outdoor lounging and dining we have beautiful outdoor dining sets and lounge chairs, with outdoor speakers and 3 outdoor ceiling fans, which make it very comfortable to rest and eat outdoors, even during the hot summer time.
A brand new Ac is installed in all rooms and bathrooms.
5 minutes drive to town, smoke tree shopping area and mountain hiking trails.
We can not think of anything that is missing in this place :)

Perfect House

We recently rented this house for a family vacation. The house is perfect for indoor/outdoor living. The pool and hot tub were great and the house backs up to the Indian Canyon golf course which was unfortunately closed due to the rain when we were there, but the course looked great. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is connected to the living room which was easy for everyone to be together. Tom, who is the property manager was great to deal with. He was very responsive, but not intrusive, and he provided great recommendations for restaurants and area knowledge. The house is centrally located, just an easy seven minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. If you are looking to spend time in Palm Springs, this house is a great choice.

great location

We had a great week at this home. We ate dinner outside on the patio every night and really enjoyed the pool. The golf course is right next to the house so the yard is not overly private when there are golfers on the course but it isn't very busy. There are great hiking trails nearby. Only suggestion would be an informational welcome sheet outlining when the gardener and pool maintenance people were coming along with an explanation of which remote operates what, how to turn on fans etc. I would stay here again :-)

Out of this world!

Susanne & Tom were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! We found the house immaculate! no dust, no dirt, no insects, clean pool, spacious living area and bedrooms, etc.. stunning lawn with beautiful citrus trees in full bloom! We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back! Thank you for making our mini vacation so pleasant!

We can not say enough good things about our stay at Villa Blanca. Everything was beautiful and just as described. Tom was a true gem. Location is very central but on a quiet street. Views where amazing. Check in and out very easy. We will definitely come back.

Nicely Updated property with pool on a golf course in a great part of Palm Spings - Enjoyed My Stay.

We were met by the property manager, who was friendly and helpful. He was also very prompt in addressing the only question that came up. Property is a nicely updated, with a great back yard and pool area backing on to a golf course. The open kitchen area was really enjoyed by all and gave everyone a chance to mix and take part during all meals, from preparation through to clean up. Property is located in Indian Canyon, a very nice and quiet part of Palm Springs. Susan, the owner, is also very easy to deal with and helped in ensuring that everything went smoothly. Really enjoyed our stay at the house , which I have no trouble in recommending to everyone.

Comfortable house with a great view!

I and my family spent a wonderful week in this comfortable house. There are only a few steps from the living room to the terrace in the sunshine with very nice pool and jacuzzi. We recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy Palm Springs area!

My family and I rented Susannes house and what a pleasure she was to deal with. We had a few last minute big changes and she accommodated us on everything. Tom greeted us, and he also couldn't have been any nicer and stopped by twice to check in on us. The house was amazing. Clean, quiet, great kitchen and family room area and the beds were very comfy. We loved the fresh grapefruits each morning. We cant wait to go back soon.

Heavenly week!

Thanks to Susanne and Tom for making our week in Palm Springs so special! The house is gorgeous, with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay (including the daily grapefruit and lemon treats from the trees!) The view is spectacular and so peaceful. Close by to amazing golf and tennis, and overall a perfect setting for a family vacation. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for all your lovely touches and attention to detail! Andrea Toronto

The best vacation home ever!!!

My family and I had the most wonderful week in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. We felt like being in a design home from a magazine. I am not a golfer but I just loved hanging by the pool and jacuzzi area and its magnificent views of the golf course and Indian Canyons. I liked especially all the lemon trees from which we had fresh juice every morning. The interior is brand new and super tasteful, the beds are extremely comfortable, luxurious linens and towels, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to feel home away from home. The owners are very nice people and super attentive. We are definitely coming back.

Impressive!

This is a one of the best home with an amazing view. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. The best rental experience. Very clean and beautifully furnished. This was the perfect vacation rental. We will definitely be back.

wonderful luxurious getaway

Had a great time with my family in this exclusive villa right on the beautiful golf course. We loved the outstanding views from the pool area and enjoyed the great pool and jacuzzi a lot. The inside of the house has a very exclusive and stylish feel and is very tastefully decorated. it has lots nof space with a large family room and spacious bedrooms. every room has a bigt flat-screen tv and all channnels are available. The property was in immaculate condition and everything was very clean. The ownwer was extremely helpful and nice. thanks to her, we found the best spots to eat and to go out in palm springs. she would also give us tips about great hikes or horseback riding, and golf, of course. We loved all of it, thank you. Can't wait to be back!

Villa Blanca a true modern treasure

Love it , love it, recommend it highly 3 Bedrooms (2 extremely large Bedroom) !!! Was there with 5 Golf Buddies, and had a blast , big TV's in all rooms all Channels, House was super clean and new. We had Guys Trip and loved it, between Golf and watching Sports a great pool and Jacuzzi , 5 min from downtown Palm Springs, perfect spot. The owner was really nice and gave us tips for restaurant and golf Courses. We will be back next year for sure !!!

As we fell more and more in love with the local people and particularly the Indian Canyon neighborhood, we started to look at open houses just for fun. The minute we entered this property, my husband and I just looked at each other and knew! This home is special. We immediately met the very nice owner and made it all happen. This home has the true Palm Springs, modern and spacious layout. An Alexander design A frame roof. The ceiling in the living areas are high with beams and skylight. I makes you feel free and uncluttered. We call it Villa Blanca, because everything is so white, vacation feel and clean and clear. It's like a beach house in the desert. It just feels happy and cool and sexy.. You can not but enjoy this. It is truely unique to this area. A home away from home. A great meeting point. A place to relax and too celebrate. Lay out in the sun, float in the pool and have a cocktail ! A real holiday get away!
