Location was fantastic. Both Alex & Juliet were quick with responses to questions and we appreciate the ability to check in early. That was spectacular. Hot tub was sparkling clean & the perfect temp. Now the negatives: one of the two upstairs showers was inoperable. So, 4 had to coordinate. With open bathrooms to the bedrooms, that added to required coordination. Basement rooms were overly humid, when laundry was in action at any point of the day. Dryer did not dry clothing, a cleaning of external exhaust vent is recommended. Mold in the showers. One basement shower water seeped into the bedroom. Only 2 keys for 10 people was an inconvenience. All minor…because the location was awesome…we would stay again.

I stayed here with my wife children and their spouses a total of 6 people. It was a very comfortable place. As the other reviews mentioned the layout is a bit quirky but nothing that should deter you from staying here. The kitchen and the hot tub were especially terrific. The location is awesome. A 5 minute walk to the promenade and beach. Old town is about a 25 minute walk but very enjoyable.

Lovely stay

This is are 4th stay at the property and still as lovely as the first, big thank you to Alex helping us out, when I fight home was cancelled. Definitely recommend stay here and sure we will be back.

Very large accommodation and very central to shops, bars and beach. Although in a residential setting it is very quiet.

This is an aesthetically cool property, but it has some serious construction issues. (If I could give 3.5 stars, I would have... it's better than a '3' but definitely not a '4'.)The location is great; the host and property manager are extremely helpful; it is spacious and clean... but the problem other guests have noted with the showers is real, and it is significant. The showers have no retaining lips or plexiglass borders to prevent water from running everywhere. And it runs everywhere! The en suite bathrooms have no doors (also not great if you are traveling with a romantic partner), and the water from the showers will run out of the bathroom an into the bedrooms if you are not very, very careful how you stand while showering. A good American contractor could fix these issues in 2-3 hours for about 400, but France is not America...Too bad, other elements of the property are great. Right now it is good for stag & hen parties or groups of friends. Other travelers may want to think about the above issue...

A lovely time exploring Nice

The house was amazing! We loved sitting around the big table and talking, playing cards, and having dinner with wine if course! The jacuzzi was a great enjoyment! The area is safe, secure and the neighbors are friendly! We loved the location of the house being in walking distance of everything. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

It was a secluded house within a secure courtyard. Very close to the sea front and many food stores nearby. Access to the tram within a few minutes walk, which either went in the direction of the airport or Nice old town in the opposite direction.

In general we were happy with the apartment. It was good to each have our own bathroom. It took a while to co-ordinate everyone's schedule because we needed the keys to get in, but we managed

Spacious Loft Style Apartment close to the beach

A perfect location to enjoy the many delights of Nice. Lots of room for up to 10 people. Lots of shops, restaurants and patisseries nearby. Tram stop 5 mins walk and a 3 minute stroll to the beach. Walkable to the old town and the main train station. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay in Nice. The city is beautiful and the house was lovely. Lots of room for our group of 10! Alexandra was wonderful and quickly responded to all of our questions. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!!

We have used VRBO a few times and this time I was a little disappointed. The rooms were pretty clean but the shower in one room was broken and another shower had a broken ledge that caused the floor to flood with each shower The mattress in one of lower bedrooms had a deep diver on one side very difficult to sleepThe bathroom in the main bedroom did not have working light over the sink. The second befroom upstairs had some blinds but the main bedroomHad none not very privateThe location is very good easy walk to tram and 20 minutes to main train line I believe the property could be great if some interior workIs fone

Great place for large family/group

Property was exactly as listed. Short walks to closest bus stop & tram line. 15-20 minute walk to the main train station. Nice patisserie right outside the main entrance. Our party of 9 really enjoyed our stay. Communication leading up to our stay was great as well.!

Great house in a great location in Nice! May 2025

Five of us stayed in this house in May 2025. It was in a great location for us-1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to two grocery stores, 10 min walk to lots of restraints and shopping, 15 min walk to the train at Nice-Ville. There are three awesome bakeries next door or close by. The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was great. No issues at all and Andrea was great to deal with.

My first trip to Nice with my 3 sons

We co-ordinated with the local Property Manager on arrival and all arrangements went very well. The local tram stop was only 5 mins walk from the property meaning we had rapid transport links to Nice city and the surrounding coastal area We enjoyed our stay very much. Dave R

The house is one of several in a courtyard in a commercial district. The courtyard is calm, although we could sometimes hear children playing in it—a nice sound not bothersome. There is lots of open space in the house and it accommodated our group of 9 easily. The dining room table accommodated us and our visiting in-laws. The kids loved having the beaches—both public and private—near by. We found a good Thai and Italian neighborhood restaurants . We would definitely pick this house again.

The hot tub worked well and was hot enough. Would be good to have doors separating it from the main room as the smell of the chemicals was pretty overpowering. There isn’t a beach view. Alexandra was welcoming and helpful. There were a couple of minor issues, light above the main bedroom sink not working and a couple of the loos cisterns were overflowing which was annoying in the main bedroom as it was going all night. But on the whole the space worked well for us.

Perfect stay

Very spacious apartment with great rooms and enough privacy. Centrally located close to old centre and modern new centre. Also 1 street away from the boulevard. A few minor comments; unfortunately, a several lights were broken and the upstairs rooms were very bright as there were not enough closed curtains. Otherwise a fine appartment for large group of people.

Nice experience!!

Property is immaculate, well stocked and has a great location. The process to enter the property and go over the amenities in the house was wonderful. Alexandra was an amazing liaison with the host and offered insight into the area and things to do. You and your family or friends will have more than enough room to enjoy this great City and house!! If I am ever lucky enough to come back here I will definitely stay here! The pictures don’t even do it justice!!

Family holiday before uni starts

Our group was made up of two families with 3 'children' 21,19 and 17 year olds between us. The space in the house was great and the layout of the rooms worked perfectly with us. The check in process was excellent with great communicate from Alexandra, who was great help during our stay. The location was perfect for the beach with it being less than a 5 min walk to the beach and about the same to the nearest tram stop as well Bakery next door had a great selection of pastries and bread for the day
