Very nicely and tropically decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo within Ocean Villas. This traditional, ocean view townhouse is fully furnished for your vacation stay with us. It has a king bed and queen bed plus a full size blow-up mattress. The kitchen has everything you need, 2 televisions, a DVD Player, and a full-size Washer and Dryer are all yours. Just bring beach towels, a hair dryer and a fun in the sun attitude.

Great Stay - Great Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. We loved the location - easy access to the beach and the pool. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Parking was a challenge on the first night (its was July 4th holiday) but a tow truck arrived and removed illegally parked vehicles and that freed up space. Other than that it was a flawless vacation.

Wonderful family trip

We mainly just did beach and pool days, not a lot of shopping or sightseeing, and it was still fabulous. Great location, great neighbors within the community. There were 7 or 8 other families with smiliar aged children which was great for pool play. The condo was clean and comfortable and so welcoming. Will definitely save this listing for future rentals.

Beautiful home and property. Great beach access, two pools, sand wash off station. Home had a good supply of cooking pots and pans. We loved the balcony seating. Owner quickly responded when tv got messed up after a storm power failure. Key pad was finicky. It sometimes took three tries to get inside even though we put in the correct numbers.

Family Vacation

This unit has everything you need for a beach day (chairs, towels, etc). Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Very comfortable. Recommend!

Girls trip

This place was awesome!! Very cute decor and very clean!! This unit has everything you need for a beach day offering chairs toys towels!! It’s also in a great location for exploring the city with trolley rides right next door!!!

The condo is clean and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there even beach chairs and a wagon. Location is perfect and so close to great restaurants.

Relaxed Stay

Condo was perfect. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Loved the location on St. Augustine Beach. Beautiful surroundings with two pools and palms. Owner was extremely attentive and went out of his way to make our stay one to remember. We definitely plan to return.

St Augustine vaca

Me, my husband, my 22 year old daughter met my 26 year old son in Jacksonville & then traveled to this condo for a week. It was set up perfect for us with the 2 bathrooms, 2 patios & 2 bedrooms plus couch to sleep on. Located perfectly for walks, beach, restaurants & grocery store. Everyone just loved it! Thank you!

Great stay at ocean view condos

We stayed at an Ocean View condo for 10 days. We had a little difficulty getting in the first night - mostly due to travel fatigue. Our host Mike was available by phone and helped us figure out the problem and stayed on the phone until we were in! After that everything was smooth. We took advantage of the direct beach access and watched the gorgeous sunrise daily. It was just a short drive to all the fun activities in St Augustine. We especially enjoyed the trolley tour and our driver Summer recommended the Fish Camp restaurant which was excellent! We had fun at the Tipsy Duck bar and touring the fort. Within a mile of our condo we enjoyed great food at Salt Life, Sunset Grill and Crabbys. We loved the heated pool at the condo complex and there was plenty of beach towels and chairs for when we went to the beach. If we go back to St Augustine I would stay here again!

St. Augustine visit on the beach

The property was perfect for my husband and me. The views from the two balconies were beautiful. You can see the pool, dunes and ocean. Easy access to pool and beach. Everything you would need was there. Beach towels, beach chairs, floats etc. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed including spices. The house was tastefully decorated in a beach theme. Furniture and bedding very comfortable. We just loved the proximity to the beach. We walked the beach every morning and even rented electric bikes to ride on the beach. Very flat wide beach that went on for miles. Hoping to go back next year and stay longer. Also all the people we met at the pool and grounds were so pleasant. The owner, Michael, is very easy to reach and answered any questions we had. The property was very clean and the washer and dryer came in very handy. Highly recommend this condo! Jody and Dave

Rest and Relaxation! Great Getaway…

We don’t ask for much as a family but like to have a place where we feel comfortable and safe. Cleanliness and space is important. So, this two story beach property is just that. It is well kept with full amenities. Decor is lovely and beach themed. Balconies were my personal favorite. They look out on pool and ocean and are a great space to kick back and relax. Personally enjoyed my coffee each morning before heading to beach each day. Kitchen is well equipped and rooms were spacious. Owners are wonderful and responded quickly to questions and needs. There’s a nice pool and Gazebo on property. It is a gated community. While I have older children, it allowed for a safe quiet area for younger children and families to enjoy the yard area. You’re close to a grocery store and some great restaurants also quick drive into historic St Augustine and Anastasia. Overall this was a small piece of paradise! Fully recommend.

St. Augustine Beach

The inside of the property was very clean and very nicely decorated. I needed to contact the owner because we had a little difficulty getting into the apartment and he responded immediately. He was extremely kind and friendly. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. There were a couple of minor things. The air really never cooled one of the upper bedrooms, a little paint was chipping off the handrail going to the bedrooms, and there was no place in the upstairs bathroom to hang our towels. Outside there was no light on the stairwells at night to light up the stairs and the grounds needed to be attended to. Despite these minor things based on the care of the inside of the place I would rent again.

Just the basics.....

Overall we enjoyed our time in the condo - we liked the balconies overlooking the grassy area and the FL sunshine. Unfortunately the pool in our view was under construction which we didn’t know ahead of time. Luckily the resort has another pool to use and we enjoyed the beach. Also the condo only slept 4 due to a change in furniture. The owner made me aware so we brought a cot for our youngest. This condo was clean and comfortable with all the basic kitchen and bath items available. We were a little surprised at how basic it was - we had to buy salt/pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, extra laundry detergent, dish soap, etc...our friends also stayed in a condo at this resort and had beach toys, beach chairs, various condiments and kitchen items for their usage.....just a different experience from theirs and other rentals we have stayed at in the past.

By the beach

Condo was clean. Property nicely landscaped, pools and pool areas clean. Really enjoyed the close proximity of the beach. Could have used a beach umbrella or sun sheild. Parking at the condo was ample. No joke - keep that car tag displayed or you will get towed. Not sure why a gated community employs a towing company, but you dont want to find out the hard way, like we did!

I've been traveling to St. Augustine every year as a child for summer vacations. I eventually purchased this condo back in 2004 and me and my wife frequently visit several times a year.

I love the beach area where our condo is located, walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Beach Blvd is full of quaint places to eat and drink. This condo is 1/4 mile down the beach from the Beachcomber, a very popular restaurant that sits right on the sandy beach....awesome place to eat outside.
