We loved the condo. It was nice and they had a goodie basket for us. The condo furnishings were nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo had everything we needed, very nice accommodations. Host was very responsive and told us everything we needed to know. Proximity to beach and shopping, groceries and food was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The most ideal condo for a beach vacation. Whole heartedly agree with all the previous 10/10 reviews. The beach is only a few steps away and the condo itself is perfectly cozy and well stocked. All messages were replied to promptly, and pre-arrival instructions were easy to follow. Will definitely be rent this unit again!

A very lovely Condo, beds and furniture is comfortable, everything was clean, and very close to the beach--just a short walk. And, 2 crystal clear swimming pools. We so enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo. Was well equipped, 2 TVs for movie night, just everything you might need (inccluding 4 beach chairs). This complex has an elevator. So many St. Augustine attractions within about a 15 minute distance and shopping too. Owners were very attentive to our needs. I very highly recommend

We have stayed in several condos, and this is the best one yet. It was exactly as described. It was nice, clean, well stocked, and the owners gave great communication. The grounds were beautiful, and right on the beach. The location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rob & Jane's condo. Everything we needed for an easy stay was provided, the location was terrific and the view was beautiful (especially when enjoying my morning coffee). The walk to the beach was easy and took just a few minutes. Communication was excelllent from the moment of booking. We appreciated all that this condo and the owners offered for our stay here! We will be back!

I give this property and experience an 11/10! The room was fully stocked with necessities from freezer bags and laundry detergent to beach chairs which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend!! A

This 2 br, 2 full bath condo was extremely clean and had every thing you may need from beach chairs and towels to wine glasses. The beds were very comfortable and the large tv in the living room was a plus. The condo complex is quiet and offers a short walk to St. Augustine Beach. There are many restaurants on the main road too. I will definitely stay here again.

This place was great! Nice touches like boxes of facial tissues, welcoming snacks, starter coffee K cups, beach towels, and beach chairs that carry like a backpack.The Keurig does have a drip coffee option too!The elevator was very convenient for move in/move out days.Comfy beds and nice balcony with view of the water. Friendly and quiet and well- maintained property. Fantastic stay.

We had two units, both hosted by Rob and Jane. They were clean, and accurate to what was "advertised". We had a small mechanical issue, which was not in any way their fault, just one of those things that happen. Rob actually answered the phone on a Saturday night, and was at the property the next am. That is not the kind of response you get from many Vrbo hosts. I would recommend the property and Rob and Jane in particular as hosts. The only "negative" I have is that one of the guards working the entrance was cranky, but we turned that into a laughing moment and from then on referred to him as Mr. Crab. Mr. Crab never did lighten up, but we had a great time!!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo with amenities galore- everything we could want. The host was very helpful and responded to questions immediately. The location was terrific and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great experience renting this condo. Rob was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again.

The condo is lovely. The closeness to the beach was greatly enjoyed. The hosts did many things above and beyond expectations, like the well-supplied kitchen and welcome bag. We would definitely stay here again.
