Newly renovated spacious home with a chef's kitchen and private yard, walking distance to the beach and restaurants in South Oceanside. This beautiful beach house has two bedrooms and two full baths, with a roomy living area, dining room and family room with a sleeper sofa. This is a private space connected to a separate unit with permanent tenants. They will stay out of your way so you can enjoy your private visit!

Best vacation home Ever!

Our stay was an absolute dream! We had a family dinner for my husband’s 30th birthday. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and equipped with all the necessary items to cook a full family dinner. The backyard was a perfect spot to cook s'mores and enjoy a conversation. Plus walking to the beach, coffee shops and my fave pizza spot made the stay even better. Thank you to the host for sharing her beautiful home. We plan to book this home every 3 months for a vacation,

Stayed for Thanksgiving

The home was very much as represented and we had a really nice stay. When I had one minor question the host was immediately and positively responsive, which was great!

Clean house and great location

The property was very clean and provided a great amount of space for our group. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants, and only a short drive from others. Check in and check out was simple and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Super cute

Very nice house. The kitchen had everything we needed & the check out process was simple. We spent the first day without internet, but it was fixed the second day. Close walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Roomy, great kitchen, good for elderly family members, patio worked well and beds were comfortable.

Very good. Patio area was full of debris and needed cleanup when we arrived and we ran out of TP. Otherwise perfect.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is cute, clean and spacious. And the kitchen is great! Access was simple and the property manager quickly responded to any communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Clean and super comfortable beds and wonderful location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Charming Home - Chef's delight

This home is beautiful. It was a bit further from the ocean than I anticipated, but the walk there was great. Was nice to be able to walk to beach and to breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would stay again.

We had the most wonderful time visiting this property. Located very close to family living nearby and all of the cool Downtown Oceanside favorites we have missed since moving out of state. Would 1000% stay here again.

Oceanside retreat

We really loved staying in this home and look forward to coming again! The patio was so relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit, grilling, & enjoying family time. Everything you want or need is supplied in the kitchen. The owner is easy to communicate with and answered any questions promptly! We also loved the location and the peaceful neighborhood. This is a five star house!

Loved the house! Will stay again.

Mary Jo and her husband did a wonderful job of remodeling this bungalow. The place is nicely appointed, and the yard terrific and private. The antiques are fun to look at in their home. Close to the beach and restaurants, we had a wonderful visit to Oceanside.
