One of our most sought-after, consistently 5-star vacation rentals! Guests love the stunning ocean views, rooftop deck, and unbeatable location—just a short walk to the beach, harbor, pier, restaurants, cafés, breweries, and shops. Open the doors and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze, salt air, and beautiful coastal views.

Two bikes, beach chairs, toys, bodyboards, and a surfboard are provided so you can experience Oceanside like a local.

Sleeps up to 8 (with an air mattress).

Self check-in makes arrival easy, and while we live nearby if needed, the home is completely private during your stay.

Our family is a returning guests. We love the closeness to oceanside beach. The children have created so many beautiful memories. We love the layout, the comfortable beds, the open kitchen, the laundry and the rooftop relaxing area with ocean views. We walk and take advantage of all oceaside has to offer. Always finish our days with beautiful sunset views. We would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Overall experience was great! Easy check in and check out. Easy access to street market and the harbor pier. Neighborhood was a bit noisy and had police activity in the middle of the night but nothing you would not get anywhere else. Overall, we had a great time and the house was clean and comfortable.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. The location is perfectly walkable, with the beach only a few blocks away. The home itself was very clean and nicely appointed. It was quiet. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The garage parking was a nice bonus. The beach chairs and toys were great for the kids. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at this property - everything is exactly as described/represented and is a couple blocks away from the beach in Oceanside. The hosts did a great job of anticipating any need you might have during your stay and proactively planning for it - extra towels, supplies, beach gear, etc. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Oceanside. This is by far, the cleanest VRBO home we have experienced. A very bright upstairs living area was a pleasure. Plenty of extra blankets for the cool February weather. Appreciated the easy to use gas fireplace. Hope to return in the warmer weather and use beach equipment in the garage!

Nice place in good condition. Lots of signage to help know what to do. Getting in to it was a bit tricky. And we would have preferred more trash cans / tissues in various places. But other than that it was great!

We've stayed in these wonderful house units twice now and both times we had a great experience. They're very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, plus it's walking distance to town and the beach. The location is great for us because our two sons live in the area and are able to stay with us and drive us around. This time we were in town for our younger son's College Graduation from CSUSM at nearby San Marcos. We'll be back!
