We also include free boat parking on site, campfire wood and s’mores kit for the fire pit. Coffee bar & homemade cinnamon rolls. We absolutely loved this property!! We only stayed one night as it was a last minute trip but would definitely go back and highly recommmend! Close to everything but also far enough away that you can relax outside!

The cottage had everything we could want. There were thoughtful unexpected amenities provided - both big and small. Richard and Julie thought of every little detail. The cottage was very clean and had a nice layout. Richard was very prompt in responding to our inquiries. Overall we felt very welcomed.

What a fantastic cottage. It was decorated so cute! The location to the lake was perfect. We felt so at home there. The owner thought of every detail. They even decorated for the holiday!! They went above and beyond with providing all the necessities we needed for our trip. Loved this place so much!! We can’t wait to go back!!!

The house is beautiful, clean and cozy.We found S’mores kit for the fire and fresh cinnamon rolls for breakfast.The house has everything you need and more and the communication with the host was super easy.I would definitely visit again! :)

Cozy Cottage was exactly that! This was an overnight trip with my brothers. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. All amenities needed for our stay were provided. The cinnamon rolls and handwritten welcome note warmed our hearts:) In the evening, we enjoyed recalling childhood memories and our 80’s playlist around the fire pit which had everything needed to start the fire. Perfect location for our kayak trip. This home was just lovely.

The place was perfect, clean, and inviting! The host stopped by to see if everything was good. Beds and furniture very clean and comfortable. Richard was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. He provided us with 4 excellent, and large cinnamon rolls, a great firepit with wood and tools and all the supplies to make samores. Also had pentiful coffee (Keurig), tea, and creamers. Also provided laundry detergent etc. Will definitely be back! Thank you Richard!

Absolutely lovely little cottage home! It was emaculate and was decorated like it was straight out of a magazine. The host provided sweet little extras and my family had a wonderful stay. Very pleased with the communication and everything. Thank you so so much!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Cottage! It is adorable! Immaculately clean, all the modern conveniences, decorated nicely and just immediately feels like home. It is 20-25 minutes away from Ohiopyle and Falling Waters which is what we came to the area for. We loved the outdoor fire pit area. The beds are comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything! Basic toiletries, extra blankets, cookware, utensils, even aluminum foil, etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find homemade giant cinnamon rolls and a s’mores kit waiting for us! Thank you!!The ONLY thing I would suggest would be some basic cooking herbs & spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, etc. but that’s literally it.We will definitely be recommending this cottage to grunts and hopefully come back as well!

Exceptionally clean, newly renovated, well appointed cottage. Loved the little extras & the fire pit was awesome although weather was too warm to enjoy. Ease of communication with host made interactions smooth. Highly recommend!
