Rocky Mountain View Condo - Great Location!!!

Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV. Floors upgraded Nov 2022.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

Due to government regulations we cannot foresee what regulations will be in place for the fitness rooms and hottubs. Any amenity may change at a moments notice.

* No A/C in this building. There are fans in every room for the warmer days in summer.

Perfectly located in the town on Canmore. Grocery stores and shops a walk across the parking lot, downtown is walkable distance. Convenient parking, although we had a bit of a time trying to find the entrance of the lot late at night arriving in the dark. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more for our stay! Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and even assortment of games!

Terrific condo and great location. Our family of 6 stayed for 6 nights in August 2025 and had a great time. The condo is large and the beds are very comfortable. It was great to have two bathrooms and the washer/dryer. The location is great - grocery stores next door and easy walking into downtown Canmore. Access to the building and parking garage was easy. We loved being able to drive to Kananaskis and Banff. Highly recommend.

Great place for a family getaway

We stayed for my daughter’s wedding in Canmore. There was lots of room for my other kids to stay and to entertain guests. Well appointed, had everything we needed.

Banff Family Vacation

The location of Canmore is so close to the Banff park entrance. Our condo was very clean. The complex is right next to a grocery and liquor store. Very convenient.

Great place, centrally located

The place in a shopping plaza and has nice views. Grocery, coffee, main Street are all walking distance. No need to drive it you're spending your time in the Canmore townsite.

Amazing gateway to Banff

The condo was spacious and comfortable for our group of 4. We enjoyed Mountain View’s from the living room and the easy walk into downtown Canmore. Just a quick 30-minute drive to Banff. Also conveniently located near two major grocery stores.

Very nice condo!

This condo was very nice, clean and well equipped. However, the check-in process was complicated. The instructions received were not clear. It should have been mentioned that the parking was an underground parking and the instructions should have been as follows: - underground parking code - elevator code - unit code The instructions were also not clear about the hot tub. Also, one of the two parking stalls assigned to the unit was occupied by someone. We were in a bind. About 30 minutes later, the owner of the vehicle arrived to her vehicle. It ended up being the housekeeper's vehicle. She finished cleaning the unit around 4:30 pm when our checkin was at 4:00 pm. There were also issues with the unit above us. They had a child that was running around from 1:00 to 3:00 am on both nights. They were very loud during those two hours.

Great location and very convenient for all our needs. The condo was one of the best stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in. If we can ever make a return trip, we would definitely book again!

Great location + spacious apartment!

Our family had a great time at our stay! It was in a great location and very walkable and had Mountain Views. Fit 7 of us comfortably, was just a few steps to Safeway and many local restaurants. Highly recommend! Just a heads up that the hot tub is by reservation only and books up quickly so recommend booking as soon as you get access.

Great place and location

Very clean, great kitchen and living area. Close to many stores. Canmore much less busy than Banff and can get there in 20 minutes.

Great location

Loved the location. There are two grocery stores less than 50 yards from the property which made it nice. The beds were very nice and comfortable. The entire property was clean and inviting with amazing views of the mountains. Shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. There is a nice walking trail not too far away. I highly recommend this property.

Location can't be beat

If you plan on spending time enjoying spectacular Canmore and Banff, you won't find a better location than this. VERY SHORT walking distance to downtown Canmore, and even shorter to all types of grocery, etc. Then, hop right onto the highway to chase off towards Banff. You'll be there in 25 minutes. The condo is lovely. Lots of space and everything you need for a great family stay. Access to underground parking is a huge plus as well. Unfortunately, the hot tubs provided as a part of the condo building have fallen into some disrepair - one of them was completely closed the week of our stay and the other two were open but were not working. Having stayed at Canmore Crossing before, it was obvious on this trip that these tubs are not being maintained regularly. Hot tubs aside, the condos and location are amazing and you'll wonder why you ever thought of staying anywhere else!
