Dear Michelle, It was such a pleasure to host you and your husband for your 18th Wedding Anniversary in our romantic Sterling Manor apartment. The view is truly breathtaking with it's private deck that looks over the Jamison Valley. The apartment is cosy and warm during the cooler months with the finest hydronic radiant wall heaters and has recently been renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and carpet. There's nothing more relaxing than gazing out at the escarpment view from the lounge in the view room and the outdoor wicker lounge on the deck. The perfect way to unwind. The history of the House and previous owner, the famous Astrologer Richard Sterling, has been compiled together with newspaper articles and photos, in one of the folders on the side table for guests to appreciate. Dear Greg, I'm glad you and your partner enjoyed your Blue Mountain getaway. The 5th & 6th paragraph in the description of the property on the VRBO site clearly states that Sterling Manor is the ground floor self-contained apartment of a 2 storey country manor. * This large house has 2 beautifully styled holiday apartments and a studio to the side...for all to enjoy. Each with a private entry and rear courtyard/deck to take in the view..... * The outdoor courtyard and gardens are the only shared area where you may meet guests...please say hello. Your welcome email directs you to park to the right side of double driveway. We ask that you leave enough room for Cloud 9 guests to park. We also offer complimentary parking on the street with an E Permit all mentioned in your email. So nothing is left to chance and guests know exactly what to expect. Dear John, Thank you for your review and suggestions. I am sorry you were cold in early March. My cleaner knows to leave on the Hydronic heating before she finishes. It may not have been cold felt cold to her. Nevertheless it takes 20mins to heat each room especially when doors are closed to keep heat in. We provide warm robes and blankets which would help next time. Glad everything else went well for you and your group. Warmest regards Dalia
