1 bedroom with twin beds and the couch converts to a Bed with a Drawer Bed on Wheels underneath the Couch.

Swimming pool just outside the front door and bedroom window of the apartment.
Private shops, restaurants within the Marina and Beach only at 200 mt from apartment. Praia Da Rocha streets and shops, bars located 700 metres from this privately secured complex.

Towels and bed linen provided. Regular maid service just including cleaning and change linens every week.

What a gem, the location was fantastic with the apartment have amazing views over the pool and harbour.The host and especially Svitlana were extremely friendly and helpful with communication being spot on.Definitely be coming back.

We were met by Svitlana, who was a fabulous host, she showed us through everything, and explained everything to make sure we had a lovely stay. The weeks holiday was so relaxing, there was everything you needed in the apartment, and in an ideal location. The weather was lovely so could make use of the solarium. One thing I couldn't get over was the softness of the towels, they were the best I have ever experienced over years of Stay's. Thanks Sandra, Bob & Adriana

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing. The only thing that would have made it exceptional, especially for long stays, 28 days or more, would be to have a bigger fridge and more storage space.

Portimao relaxes

Our stay was as we had hoped. Relaxed, the weather wasn't too hot, and we really liked the quiet but central location.

Great Long Term Rental

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and everything except the weather was perfect. The location is great for access to the beach and the rooftop patio is wonderful. Svetlana was great!

Roomy apartment with great upper terrace. Reserved parking spot underground. Very large pool wth lots of loungers just steps from the door.

Huge apartment for two people including massive roof terrace, with subbed, sofa and table and chairs. Views of the sea from here. Minimart close by for essentials and the poolside cafe does great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.

The location and surrounding outdoors spaces are fantastic. The terrace upstairs was a wonderful place to unwind on a sunny day. Svetlana greeted us on arrival and was lovely to deal with. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. We loved the secure underground parking, the proximity to the boardwalk and beach, yet quiet and peaceful. This was our 5th winter in the Algarve, so we are well aware that dwellings can be very cold and feel damp. Most of these rentals are built with hot summer months in mind. This apartment would be a blessing in July with its northern exposure and shaded terrace. That said, warm slippers and extra sweaters are a must during the winter and early spring.

Kitchen space was cramped with no space to store food other than the fridge. The room did smell a bit of mold or mildew so we left the bathroom fan run continuously which helped somewhat. The resort is quite beautiful, the location excellent and the on site parking is very convenient and secure. Overall decent value for the money. A heated pool would be really great as we stayed in November.

Location, location, location

An absolutely amazing place to stay - exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, bright and well situated condo in Portimao. The upstairs patio area was a fabulous place to lounge in morning, afternoon and evening, with great vistas. The condo is a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and more.

Tivoli Marina stay

We had a very enjoyable week in the apartment in Tivoli Marina. We were a little later than expected checking in but Svetlana met us and showed us round. She was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more, we were very comfortable there and hope to visit again before too long.

Highly recommend!!!

It was wonderful!! The lady who manages our stay was remarkable. She helped us with everything we needed. The pool is clean and beautiful. Restaurant breakfast is amazing!!! Staff are extremely courteous kind and professional! There’s laundry facilities in our room which we used. Close to the marina. Everything one needs!

Major/minor repairs

We loved the area and the rooftop patio was enjoyable.The pool area is beautiful.The kitchen was well stocked and having a diswasher was great.The carpet in main area needs to be thrown out. Bathtub needs to be replaced as the tub has tilted and there's always stagnant water there.Would be nice to have a coat rack by the door.We would stay there again as you just cant beat the location!

2024 winter getaway

Excellent location, great parking for the car. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. Easy access to great walking trails and the beach. Lovely terrace for sitting in the sun. The checkin was easy. Svitlana was very helpful in every way. Very nice meeting her. All in all we had a wonderful vacation. We are considering comming back next year if it is available. Excellent apartment near the harbour and beech

Really happy with the apartment. If there is a small downside it was the lack of kitchen equipment (only 1 bowl so we had to take turns!) The pool is huge but cold in November… Didn’t really use the Solarium because the shadow came over very early. In Summer this will probably be very welcome. WiFi never let us down. Parking space was located underground so kept the car safe.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely resort

Just back from spending a wonderful week at Sandra's apartment. The apartment itself was modernly decorated & immaculate. The resort was fairly quiet since it was March but was perfect for us to spend a relaxing week. We ended our days relaxing on the large fantastic rooftop terrace after lots of walking & the occasional visit to the fitness room which was on our doorstep. It is set in the beautiful Tivoli Marina complex, where the staff are very welcoming & friendly. This was our second holiday to Portimao/Praia da Rocha and would definitely return again to this apartment. The Marina & Praia da Rocha are lovely with lots of great restaurants nearby and again we found the staff so friendly.
