Stress-free stay

April is the BEST! She was so accommodating in a stressful time and we loved everything about our stay! The condo had anything and everything we needed and we were able to truly relax and enjoy the rest of our fall break. We would recommend staying at any of April’s rentals to everyone :)

This place was beautiful. Great view of the beach. Wonderful sunsets. Great communication when it was needed. I can’t wait to go back again sometime.

The property itself was great. Be aware though— the noise from the road is loud and there aren’t many close places to eat.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in Mexico Beach. The condo was very nice and had a lot of extras. Plus the host was very responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue.We appreciated their quick communication and attention to ourconcern. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we had to cut our trip short and leave earlier than planned. We were disappointed not to have more time to enjoy the beach and the condo.Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again when we can enjoy better weather! We could not have asked for a better host. I would highly recommend this condo & host. We will be back!

Relaxing Weekend

The property was awesome, Mexico Beach has that nice small town feel, and the owners are super friendly! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Fantastic condo in Mexico Beach

We had a wonderful Spring Break at Best Day at Summerhouse. The location was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. April was an awesome host and helped us out with everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Arrived at our condo unit and found it to be easy to find our very spacious unit, as instructions from our host, April, was very easy to follow. On entering, it was spic and span, and felt like "coming" home. She had most everything imaginable in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms that one would need while on vacation - all very clean! Our stay was 5 days. They also furnish beach chairs, toys, beach towels, too. With any questions we had, April was very quick to respond and found ways to correct any issues that arose. We did have one 'malfunction' in the whole condo building - the elevator broke, on the 4th day of our vacation, and we had to lug our bags and luggage down the stairs from the 4th floor on day before we departed, and the day of departure!! But, that can happen at any time, so not upset, just little achy from climbing stairs for 2 days. April tried her best to get someone to help us, but we managed OK taking it slow! Neighbors in nearby unit offered to help as well, which we found that all the neighbors seem to be very nice and helpful and a friendly place to stay! The view from condo was great - you could see a little bit of the sunset and sunrise, from different angles of the unit. We will stay with APRIL again, and try one of her other rental units. Beach was a bit of a hike, as you had to cross US 98 then down a beach access road, then walk up and down the sand dunes leading to the wonderful water!! Very pleasant vacation, and Mexico Bch is the BEST.
