Always special staying here. The ocean views, sounds of the waves at nighttime and just overall living on the beach for 9 days was fabulous.

Simply Magical

We had a fantastic stay in Smith’s Point! The house is clean, well equipped and has everything you need but what you really come for is the incredible location. Our kids loved waking up every morning and running straight onto the beach and we loved watching the beautiful Madaket sunsets from our back deck. The property has a group of outdoor chairs and sofas that we enjoyed taking a cocktail out to and watching the sunset. With young kids, being able to walk to Millie’s is a huge plus too! We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful views on the beach

Great location, the sound of waves crashing constantly will create a peacefulness and beauty for your entire stay. It’s a beach rental so the inside is not why you should stay here, it’s the fact that you are literally a stones throw to the waterline. A plus location and the inside gives you the basics necessary to have a unique experience, especially on this island where beachfront would typically be priced at $10k plus a week.
