Centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, & Grand Canyon.

This condo is a single large suite with double (full) bed, full sofa couch, bunk bed and optional single futon/mattress. This condo has Air Condition during non-winter months. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. Immaculate marble & granite throughout this entirely remodeled condo with elevator access. Bathroom features a walk in granite shower with seat. This condo has WiFi and is located in Copper Chase, Brian Heads premiere condominium project with indoor solarium pool/Jacuzzi.

The kitchen features a large refrigerator, 4 burner stove and combination microwave/convection oven.

We have a 23 car indoor heated garage and they are available on a first come first use basis. You may ONLY park one car in the garage. There is also outdoor overflow parking for motor homes trailers and over-sized vehicles.

The dinning room table seats 4, and the kitchen counter bar seats 2.

A baby crib/playpen (Pack 'N Play) with reversible napper/changer and matching sheet is provided upon request.

Copper Chase is a premiere condominium project with ski-in/ski-out access to the Navajo ski basin. Copper Chase boasts a large solarium pool/Jacuzzi with adjacent fitness room. Amenities also include separate male/female saunas in locker rooms, large group sitting/meeting/lounge area with fireplace and large LCD TV, summer sun decks with two BBQs, and picnic area with volleyball and open play area. The FREE town shuttle that operates during ski season stops at Copper Chase and serves both ski basins as well as most lodging and restaurants.

This condo is located in the lodge building of Copper Chase on the 3rd floor with complete elevator access to the garage, pool, fitness center, business center, laundry facility Copper Lounge and front desk.

Amazing Ski Trip

We had a great time learning to ski again and the property was really nice to come back to and relax for the evening. Scott was a great host, super informative.

Great midweek getaway

Building is dated, but our condo was clean and had some upgrades. Advertised as ski in/ski out but it really wasn't. However a short drive to the lifts. We opted for the free shuttle the first day, but drove ourselves thereafter.

Excellent location!

We stayed at this property during Spring Break. The location is great! It's literally right by Brianhead. The condo itself was nice and has everything you need.

Great experience

Cozy little place, good for a small family, close to the ski resort, Cedar Breaks National Monument. It was nice that kitchen well equipped for family needs.

Perfect little studio for a ski weekend with family. Has everything you need to cook at home and relax after a day of fun. The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus!

Great Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fall leaves were enhanced the beauty of the surroundings. The accommodations were first class. We plan to return next year. Very helpful staff.

Beautiful area! Very cozy unit.

We had a wonderful stay. Brian Head is beautiful. Condo was easy to find. Property manager was very easy to contact and quick to respond. There's not much space in the unit to just hang out in, but the area is so nice, that's not a big deal.

Everything was great. The condo building has a retro vibe. We were a little disappointed that the pool & spa were being renovated during our stay but we still enjoyed the gym and sauna. Very quiet and cozy. Highly recommended.

Super responsive host!

Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, giving us information in advance that enhanced our stay as well as responding to questions we had while we were there. The larger facility is aging, which I’m told most of the buildings in the area are, but the individual property owned by Scott that we stayed in is in great shape.

Quiet quaint getaway in the off season.

I winged it after a 5 day conference in Vegas to Brian Head and knew very little about the area. A good deal on this rental made it the perfect getaway for some quiet time. Photos are accurate this affordable rental is a great location to spring board to Zion, Cedar Breaks and Bryce Canyon. Local businesses Noorish and Thunder Mountain Motorsports made the adventure all the better. Strongly reccomend arriving in daylight- thankfully Scott and his team are very responsive and made sure I got to the location! I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate all they did to make my stay comfortable.

Nice Studio at Brian Head

I would really only be comfortable with 4 adults in this property.But for me and two grandkids it was perfectly spacious. During our stay , the elevator was broken so it meant a lot of stairs to climb. Given that the bottom of those stairs was over nine thousand feet above sea level , that could be a challenge for someone with limited mobility. It would be a good idea to check on the status of the elevator before booking if the stairs are a concern. The studio sized condo was clean and very well equipped. The Kids loved the hot rub and indoor pool. Snow free underground parking is a plus for Winter visitors.

It was like staying at the ghost condos. Pool and hot tub not available. Property old and not updated. No one was there but us and we felt scammed by our host who knew the pool and hot tub were not available.

The property was old , there were holes under the frame of bathroom door. In addition the ad said swimming pool and jacuzzi, but there were no communication that it was under construction and not available.

Cozy at Copper Chase

My 2 boys and I spent 5 days in this condo. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you’ll need. I was able to cook all meals in the condo. The convect bake setting on the microwave cooked everything perfectly. The fridge is large and spotless. Bathroom updated and very clean. TV was the perfect size and we loved having our meals at the table. Also really appreciated the parking garage. Location is ideal, a couple minute drive to Navajo and/or Giant Steps. The free shuttle also comes by every 20 minutes and there’s an elevator in the building with luggage carts so it’s easy to unload and reload luggage, groceries, etc…. Scott was very communicative and extremely helpful. Overall, great experience!!!

Great property, convenient location. There was plenty of parking in the garage. The clearance is around 8' I'd say. Our Silverado fit just fine with a tall load in the back. The condo building is slightly outdated, but the unit itself was nice and clean. The kitchen has everything that you might need. We only cooked one meal and went out for food other times. The communication with the owner was amazing. You get messages listing all the amenities, expectations, check in procedures, directions, etc. The owner responds very fast and makes sure to address any concerns or questions that you might have. The heated pool wasn't heated the weekend of our stay, b/c something broke down and they didn't have a part to fix it, but the jacuzzi was nice and hot. The unit is in a walking distance from the restaurants/coffee shop/ski lifts. I walked that distance twice with a 6 and 8 year old during our stay. It's a 10 minute walk one way.

Dirty and no well maintained

The place was in complete disrepair. Dust and grime coated every surface, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, both of which were in desperate need of updating. The blinds in the main room hung broken, and the beds were as hard as stone, their thin, stained sheets offering no comfort. The indoor pool was a revolting mess—its murky, stagnant water reeked of chlorine. It was painfully clear that no effort had been made to maintain the property, leaving it in a state of utter neglect and decay.
