Enjoy peaceful and tranquil views on the oversized lanai overlooking your very private backyard with preserve views! The kitchen has linen cabinets with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances! This split plan home has two oversized master suites. One master bath has dual vanities, walk in shower, and walk in closet. The other master bathroom has tub/shower combo and single vanity. Both bedrooms have sliders leading out to the lanai. Bring your toothbrush and start enjoying the Florida lifestyle. From the home you can walk 1.5 miles through the Lemon Bay Preserve to Manasota Beach! Bike or drive 2.5 miles to Manasota Beach which has recently constructed full facilities- free parking & a new boat launch. Ride your bikes down to watch the beautiful Gulf sunsets or join free yoga on Manasota Beach mornings and evenings. The house is located next to famous Florida beaches like Manasota Beach, Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach that are about 3 to 5 minutes away by a car or a bike. Speaking of bikes, there are two bikes that are available for use and do not require any extra fees. Also, we have 3 beach chairs and umbrella. Enjoy you stay !

Cute getaway home

Perfect house for two couples. Master bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house to allow for more privacy. The screened in porch was lovely and kept all mosquitos away. It is a five minute drive to the beach where you can look for lots of shark teeth! I would definitely recommend this house!

Great potential!

The property has very good bones - nice location and rooms, but lacks some key amenities. Living/dining room furniture was of good quality and comfort and was well arranged. Bedrooms have no dressers, so what to do with a week’s worth of clothes becomes a question. Likewise, the kitchen equipment is not up to standard: few matching plates, utensils, or glasses and a poor, scratched-up selection of pots/pans. Overall, the kitchen equipment was similar to what you might expect to find in a college kid’s first apartment. A $300 trip to Target would fix this. The shower stall in the primary bath showed a good deal of mildew. I bought spray to try and reduce it. Also, the clip that holds the handheld shower head was broken, so showers were 100% one-handed. I shared that info with the property manager, but it took well over 48 hours to resolve. Management offered to send someone out Christmas Day, but I waived that off, so don’t count that time in the 48 hours. Landscaping is underwhelming, with overgrown shrubs and dead potted trees out back and weeds overgrowing the walkway out front, which I removed. The supplied charcoal barbecue is tiny, rusty, and about 16 inches tall. The plastic Adirondack chairs are old, so the chalky finish comes off onto your clothes. It would be helpful to have the switches throughout the house labeled for convenience. If the above issues were addressed, I would have no hesitation about coming back to the house. So much potential!

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was roomy, comfortable and welcoming. It is in walking distance to a local park and we walked over most mornings to watch for bald eagles that have nested there for many years. The Manesota Beach is close enough to ride our bikes to our continue along the beach road to Englewood. Venice and it's restaurants are only a short drive away. This place is highly recommended

Enjoyable stay

My husband & I stayed here for the month of February for the second time. We like: A preserve to walk in is nearby Close to Manasota Beach and other beaches Short bike ride to the Waterway Trail Layout of the house with 2 bedroom/2 bath Large screened lanai to hang out on Quiet, safe neighborhood We would stay here again!

Not bad

Rented the house for a month because we are here cleaning up from the hurricane when we got to the house it was 80 degrees in the house so I turned it down to 60 to cool of faster well after working all day and unpacking I forgot to turn it down so they set the thermostat to 74 degrees and locked it I asked if we could at least turn it to 70 because it was warm at night and they told me I could but never unlocked the thermostat so if like to sleep when the house is 75 degrees this is the right house for you
