It was very clean, with great amenities!! The location is great in respect to trails and shopping, and out of the hustle and bustle of upper Sedona.

Property was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our needs during our visit to Sedona. Communication with Brad was excellent and he was always quick to respond if I had a question. The beds in both bedrooms were some of the best we have experienced in all of our VRBO travels - Goldilocks quality! Not too hard, not too soft, just right!

Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. We loved the live music at Vino de Sedona which was a 2 minute walk. Location was great for getting around Sedona. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly!

We LOVED this place. Centrally located. Great views right out your front door. The listing matched what we experienced. We used this place as our home base while we visited the Grand Canyon, Bearizona and Flagstaff. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for giving me a great birthday weekend.

This place was just perfect for us! A little aways from the commotion of being in the middle of things, but still close enough to it all. The space was clean and comfy, and I can honestly say this was one of the most well stocked rentals I've stayed in. We were able to cook and grill, and had everything we needed. Plus, Brad was kind enough to leave behind a Red Rocks parking pass, so that saved us some on our daily hikes! The king bed was a tad soft for our tastes, but that's just a preference thing. Plenty of towels and dishes, and the check out requirements weren't overly laborious! If we're ever back in Sedona we'll definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for us! Very conveniently located in Sedona, very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the parking pass, what a great touch! The access to the washer and dryer was very nice too because we were able to leave with no dirty laundry!The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

We enjoyed staying here as it was very comfortable and cozy. Both beds were great!Place was clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to ride the Red Rocks Hot Air Balloon. Great value!

We've stayed at Brad's many times and are already in the planning stages of our next trip. The property is in the perfect location. Close to the touristy area, but far enough that is not crowded or noisy. The units are always clean and provide everything a traveler may need. Brad's responsiveness is top notch.
