You will be delighted at every corner in this modern "Zen Luxury" Suite. Featuring a private deck with great views of the Airport Mesa and the red & slate ridgelines in the distance.

This is truly a central yet tucked away location in West Sedona close to all the best trails, shopping, and dining Sedona has to offer.

A sit/stand desk on the upper level near big windows offers the work-from-home location of your dreams.

The space is a split level with some stairs separating the two sections.
The upper level features a seating area with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The futon converts to a Queen bed. Large windows reveal the epic red and slate ridgelines in the distance. With a sit/stand desk available. If this doesn't inspire and make you excited to work from home, nothing will.

The full bathroom in this space is sure to wow you with its gorgeous tile shower with a huge rain shower head and anti-fog ring lit mirror.

Downstairs you have a King-sized bed with hotel quality bedding, an Armoire for storage, and a dining area with kitchenette.

The kitchenette features a microwave, mini-fridge + freezer, coffee maker, and utensils.

You will get one parking space on the rocky part (right side) of the driveway.
Street parking is available for an additional car.

This is a central location in West Sedona while still being tucked away on a quiet road. You can actually walk to restaurants and shopping, however, a car is always recommended in Sedona. Most of the West Sedona hiking trails are and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive!

This Suite is attached to the main part of a house which has its own separate entrance/exit and outdoor area.
Must be 25 or older to book. ID is required prior to final confirmation .
Please take off your shoes when you enter the home.
No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property.
No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm to 7am.
Please respect the check-out time of 10am.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please be mindful of children on the deck and top floor of the loft.

Very clean room and quiet. Loved the deck to sit, drink coffee and listen to the many birds. Located near shops and food, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Was exactly as stated. Very comfortable, tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Parking was absolutely no problem. Washer and dryer were fantastic. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great place to stay!

Clean guest house close to everything

The guest house was very clean and we loved how we could walk to many of the stores and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to the main road. Lots of windows with exceptional views and very clean! Great job in how it is laid out with a living space and bedroom separated!

Cozy and Awesome location

I enjoyed my stay here. It was nice and cozy. Located near lots of restaurants and stores and a lot of the hikes we went on were only about 15 minutes away.

This studio apartment worked perfectly for me. I liked that it was located in Sedona West because I could be away from the traffic and the throng of people during spring break. (This did mean I had to drive everywhere.)

Great cozy spot!

We had such a lovely time staying here that we extended for 2 extra days. Centrally located so we were able to ride our bikes to so many trailheads. And lots of food options. The house was very cozy and clean, a great place to crash after a long day of adventuring and heat!

Nice space and location

The suites location is in a quiet neighborhood and just off the main highway which makes it convenient. Overall space is comfortable with a great deck to enjoy the sun.

Cozy and Restful

Good location, plenty of places to eat close by, quiet neighborhood away from the busy part of Sedona. Many Trails to hike close by. Only downside was having to go up stairs in middle of the night to use bathroom.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed at this precious cottage, very centrally located in the heart Sedona. Had everything we needed, was quiet even when there where guests in the main house. Owners were very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Cute property in a neighborhood. Nice view off the deck and walkable to several restaurants and trails. Would’ve liked the bed in the loft area and living area by the door, but overall really nice and updated.
