Great stay

We had a great stay. Karla was very responsive with any questions I had for the stay. The property was spacious it was my 7 and 8 year old, husband and parents. Plenty of room, close to pool! It was 10 min from grocery and 40 min from Zion, it was an easy drive. Beds were comfortable. There was laundry detergent, salt and pepper. Which is unusual for Vrbo places.

Wonderful Stay

We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay over the July 4th weekend. This was our home base while we visited Zion National Park and the local State Parks. The property is as advertised, beautiful, with extra amenities with the tennis court, basketball court, and pool. Excellent communication ahead of our visit and we had no issues during out stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place lots of space beautiful view from deck. The only draw back was they had no movie channels on tv It would be nice if they had Netflix or Roku. They did have dvd with Good movie selections. .

Fabulous!

We had a truly wonderful and memorable time. The pool and tennis court was fun! Views were Amazing. Close to great hikes and we even drove to Brian Head (1 hour) for spring skiing! AMAZING The house was super clean and very comfy and inviting. Perfect!

My fiancé and I frequent Utah on a yearly basis. We love coming in all seasons. We were lucky to stay here and bring in the new year in such a homey and close complex. I’ll admit to initially find the actual housing was a little complex but we enjoyed every minute of our stay!!

Excellent Stay - Very Clean

We were very happy with our recent stay at Karla’s condo. It was a great home base for exploring the nearby National Parks. We had easy access to grocery and other stores. Our family enjoyed the pool amenities. We also thought the entire condo was very clean and had many extras like spices, hand soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, etc. Thank you!

Had a great time. Condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Kids in upstairs were stomping on the floor pretty late at night but that is not the fault of our condo owner. Would definitely stay again!

Zion Trip

Excellent place to stay!

An absolutely perfect place for a weekend getaway. Furniture was updated, kitchen was great, everything was clean. Great location. Easy check in process. Not a complaint, but if you have Verizon, your cell service won’t work where these are located. ATT worked fine. Worth noting. Comfortable beds and great patio with fireplace for relaxation!

Highly Recommend!!

Perfect place to stay for a family! And it is just outside of St George, right off of the freeway...which was nice as we were going back and forth to St George. Very nice property at an affordable price. Extra well kept and clean. I highly recommend staying here!! My only complaint is not having a full length wall mirror. Minor thing but would be great with a family of girls getting ready like mine.

Amazing stay!!

We stayed for a couple nights for our visit to Zion. This property was clean and cozy. It was well stocked with everything we might’ve needed. We appreciated the little “extras” that were provided. And the porch and beautiful view were incredible!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Great communication by Karla too. The only caution was that the GPS routed us to the wrong place with the address. The Coral Springs entry worked. Great getaway!!

Zion condo stay

The lack of cell service is an issue. Also more specific instructions on how to watch TV would have been appreciated. We were unable to change the temperature. The door locking situation left us sitting outside for 30 minutes. However, the condo is beautiful and comfortable. The pool and clubhouse are also lovely.

Beautiful, clean and spacious condo in very quiet community

We booked this condo for our family trip to st George and are so happy we did! I wanted a place out of the main drags of st george and this was perfectly located. 15 minutes from St George, 30 to Zion’s Natl Park, 30 min to Tuacahn. Our family of 6 felt like we were the only ones at the condo development! We had the pool, basketball court, tennis court and exercise room to ourselves every day! It was awesome. The condo is beautiful and spacious. Great amenities, comfortable beds, clean, cooked most of our meals there, played card games, watched movies on Netflix, barbecued. Great quality family time in the condo. Very conveniently located off the freeway and quick drive to the places we wanted to go. Owners were very good to work with, very accommodating and friendly. Loved our experience and plan to book again when we return to st George.

Really nice place

This is a really nice condo in a great location. Huge master bathroom with awesome shower and jetted hot tub. Only critique is the shades in the two bedrooms are really thin and the room gets light early. Not a big deal. But nice kitchen and living room and porch area and overall was perfect for our family.

We love where our condo is located. It is quiet, not very many people know about it yet. So you usually have the place to yourself. It also is close to everything. Within minutes you can be shopping, dining, movies or to the state or national parks.
