Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Love Elk Springs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was nice. Living room a little smaller than imagined. No view of mtns (It was blocked by trees that had grown tall.) Only complaint is downstairs toilet area is so small that your shoulders practically touch the walls on each side of you & bed in downstairs is caved in middle. Great location & amenities.

Loved this cabin!

The price was good but I think the cabin needs to be updated.If we had problems the response was fast and thank you for being getting things done in a timely manner. Wonderful stay

Not what was expected but still good

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was enough room for the 11 people that stay there but the house was still dirty from the people before. There was shaped confetti from a party still laying in different areas, there were cobwebs in the shower on the main floor, the beds sneaked so loud, and the showers seemed to be super outdated and in the lower level the bottom seemed to be dark and discolored. Overall we made the best of and still enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the little critters and bears that came around. We did very much enjoy the theater room as well.

Great Fun Family Memories

As we entered , our cabin was perfectly clean. We highly recommend this resort to other families. Our favorite thing at cabin was sitting outside in rocking chairs, soaking up the perfect weather, falling in love with the view, and feeling relaxed as we rocked in those chairs.

Wonderful week at A Mountain View Theater Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for a week and the experience was fabulous.We loved the bedroom situation and the kids could have the downstairs. Enough bathrooms for all. The kids loved the gameroom and we all made use of the hot tub and theater room. Beautiful views although the trees covered up some of it.The location was great! Just enough off the busy area but close to things we did. A wonderful cabin that I would return to.

The only complaint is that the fold out couches were awful to sleep on as you could feel every spring. Since this cabin isn't in the Elk Springs Resort, there needs to be some sort of information on the neighborhood it is located in and how to find the pool. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

2020 Family Vacation

We had a few issues that I was not happy about.The sofa sleeper in the living room is broken and the living room fireplace did not work. The hot tub was not maintained with cleanliness. It was all reported so hopefully the next guest will have everything. I would stay here again for sure. Beautiful location and convenient.

Reviewer Comments: The cabin is in a good location, it is roomy, full kitchen, etc, but many times not working properly, A/C (heater), main living room TV, dented fridge door, not all stove top sections heat properly, requires exterior cleansing or all windows/doors/balcony, downstairs carpet also needs refreshing, bed head frames all need replacing and mattress also need to be replaced as they sink in the middle.

Reviewer Comments: The cabin looked like the photos, however, the cabin’s “mountain view” on the main level veranda was blocked by trees unlike the photo. The cabin is in need of better upkeep and attention. (ex. Sagging kitchen floor, theater couch, dusty ceiling fans, dirty windows). It has potential, but needs TLC and to be refreshed and items replaced over time.
