Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed the location and amenities—the hot tub and outdoor space are real favorites. We genuinely appreciate you pointing out the specific concerns. We're sorry you experienced difficulties at check-in and that the roof leak affected your stay. We're addressing the roof issue immediately and will follow up with our check-in process to make it smoother. We'll also make sure the kitchen is properly stocked with adequate utensils for your party size. Your comfort is our priority. We'd love the chance to make things right. Please let us know if there's anything we can do. Warm regards, The Management Team
