We apologise for any frustrations regarding the check-in and check-out times. Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, we always try to accommodate an early check in or a late check out where possible, but during peak times these requests cannot always be met. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We have passed on your feedback regarding the kitchen crockery and the garden not being dog-proof, our property management team will work with the property owner to ensure the garden will provide a safe and suitable environment for pets. Hi Leigh, We are sorry to hear that you do not believe the kitchen was up to standard. We have not had this issue in the past. We wish you had of contacted us during your stay to allow us the opportunity to rectify these issues for you. As we are just approaching our peak season, the property does have a scheduled spring clean booked to be completed at the beginning of December. Our housekeeper has been made aware of the cleaning issues and these have been addressed before the next guest arrives this coming weekend. We look forward to hearing from you again in the future.
