Majestic views of Mt. Tam! This modern-furnished, spacious, stand-alone guest house has spectacular views of Mt. Tam and is about half a mile to downtown Mill Valley. The bedroom with queen bed and half bath is on the entry level and then upstairs is an open floor plan with a full sized kitchen, dining area, full bath and living area.

Comfy sheets and towels, full washer/dryer, full size viking fridge, wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen with coffee/toaster/blender/silverware/cooking pots/etc, large screen TV, cable, curated art on the walls.

This guest house has a queen bed for two people. There is a convertible DWR sofa bed for two additional guests (must be under the age of 12 yrs old). $20 per additional guest.

House was comfortable for the stay and had everything we needed. While close to “downtown” as the crow flies, it was not walkable due to steepness of hills and darkness at night.

For your next visit and future guests: There are countless varied and wonderful ways to walk to town. My personal favorite is very scenic day or night, and not steep. Helens > Birch > Molino > Throckmorton. The redwood trees escort you gently to Old Mill Park where a cathedral of even more redwoods greet you before you turn into town. For those looking for a good workout, the steps pathway system here is super fast. Closest set that drops you into DT on Miller is off Heuters just off Molino around the corner from Helens. Those are the two extremes and there's a bunch in between :)

We had the best time during our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and a perfect location. Easy access to hiking trails and to walk into town. Grace was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

This is a nice two-level accommodation. The upstairs with complete kitchen, sitting area and dining area is naturally lit and has clear views of Mt. Tam. The neighborhood is quiet. The streets are very narrow and some are very steep so using a compact car makes travel easier.The hot water in the sinks upstairs seems dependent on taking a hot shower first, although the kitchen sink water will heat up after a few minutes.The kitchen is well supplied with the tools needed for cooking any sort of meal and the full-size frig is great.The host is very responsive to messages and supplies simple and clear directions for entry and everything via the vrbo communication system.I have stayed here twice and hope to on my next trip to Mill Valley.

Another wonderful stay! From cleanliness, to thoughtful touches, to strong Wifi, to fast communication and a beautiful neighborhood, this house is perfect. This was my second stay and I hope to find another opportunity to book again.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful town. Just be prepared for the windy roads and be in shape for the stairs and roads if you're walking into town. We loved it.

This apartment had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the comfy bed, the sunlit living and dining spaces, walking into town (all downhill into town; obviously all uphill coming back!), and the fabulous view.

Lovely Mill Valley Guest house

Loved it! Gorgeous view of Mt Tamp and so quiet at night. Loved the dedicated parking spot and so close to all that Mill Valley and Marin has to offer. We were very happy to spend a week there.

I would give 10 stars if able. This place is incredibly perfect. The host was welcoming and easy, the place impeccable, the view outstanding. Not one thing could have improved our stay. All the details make it feel like home. If we ever return, this will be our home. Top notch!

Lovely quiet place

The detached guest house is full of light a great views. The location is excellent with easy access to trails, restaurants, ferries and the city.
